I think he might be a diabetic. If so then the court would probably allow him to eat/drink whatever he needed because it is a medical condition.

I looked to see if there was a way to change settings so that I wouldn't have to flip through pages, or else to make it 'refresh' - I can't find anything like that. The attorneys can. Also, the first day I was in court the girl said water or soda- I thought that was odd!
