This is the second time today, her dropping out of school has been referenced in the killing of Travis. Jodi murdering Travis has/had ZERO to do with her level of education. She is a cold hearted, psychopath, who stalked Travis Alexander and murdered him in cold blood. Even if she held the highest degree, she would still be a cold, calculated murderer. :moo:

Work got in the way today. Listened to HLN on my way home and some lady on there made me want to puke.

IMO up to the minute-
Juan has ......
-succeeded in destroying her self-defense as a defense
-shown Jodi to be incredible
-shown there was never any rope involved, .. rope not in any pictures
-taken the knife out of the bathroom and put it on the nightstand, though I do not believe Travis ever provided "THE" knife.
-has shown her to be agressive and combative and destroyed her meek and mild victim demeanor.
-proven Travis never owned a gun.
-Jodi premeditated by flying under the radar, -- gas cans, paying cash, flipping license plate, losing phone charger, choosing white car, renting car in other than hometown,
-has proven, with a hella lotta help from Jodi, that she lies and denys.
-proved Jodi liked and engaged in - phone sex, oral sex, anal sex, fantasy sex, masturbatory sex, non monagomous sex(ryan and darryl),
-he has exposed her stalking and confrontational nature and history.

IMO the jodi/nurmi team has....
proven all the above by entering such lies and falsehoods into testimony that Juan sucessfully dismantled.

She has more illusions of Grandeur, she thinks she is a photographer, and finally, she has migranes and hunger pangs when the going gets too tough.

Finally, especially just hearing her new Beau on NG, I think Jodi has disengaged herself somewhat from her current trial, and is now working on her appeal--in her Mind. And/or also, her lawsuit against her jail for starvation.

I cannot possibly imagine, given what Juan has accomplished, that there is any domestic/violent - sexual "whatever Expert" that would want to tackle this one and ruin their reputation.
