Question: I saw something on the FB page for the trial that stated JA got busted out on MORE texts to Travis - something about spanking - and I totally missed that. When was it (morning afternoon etc?) Any idea?

Mr Martinez brought out a stack of Text Messages not seen before today. Mostly her being the aggressor, and texting him and I think Ryan.. Calling them both Hottie Biscotti.. And I think same day or time frame?

After all she said last night that she called TA into the bathroom and read his energy and kissed him. I think Julie Christopher is a weirdo.

I was just listening to this afternoon's testimony again and noticed something JA stated that is odd to me. JM is talking about her road trip to Mesa and she states that "we" left early the morning of the 3rd after midnight. Did anyone else catch this and do you know what she means?

OK!!! ENOUGH.
THAT IS ONE TOO MANY WE'S. period.
She was traveling ALONE.- if you travel alone a "we"
never slips out. Unless you were not alone.

That was a mega slip.

We took a shower???
Would we not have heard about a shower escapade had she and Travis had one?
We left blah blah blah.
Sure sounds like the "we" was JA and someone else.
AND this comment when she came to in the desert and found her charger ??

MM didn't answer his phone until he was "there".

Where was MM?



Maybe she is trying to make it sound like she
had a partner in crime?
Martin had said several times "are you sure MM would never betray you"?
IMO she is trying to pull him under the bus with him.

I caught that too! I was wondering WTF is she talking about "we"? And I was surprised JM didn't question her further on it. Maybe that's coming. I don't imagine much escapes him (if anything). She just continues to dig her hole deeper and deeper the more her lips are moving.

I just saw the crime scene photos for the first time. I've never been brave enough to click on the link. Now that I've seen them death is too good for her. I would like her to die exactly like Travis did.

Question: Does the jury get to see the crime scene pictures?

She returned it but they didn't give her a receipt. The largest retail establishment with the most sophisticated inventory control system in the world did not process a receipt for the return.

I live in a pretty podunk city and my Joanns carries the spools of decorator cord in the store.

And actually more styles than online. I had to go look because I usually stick to quilting supplies and don't check out home decor stuff.

Any Hobby Lobby's or JoAnn's in Salinas? Close a mani/pedi/wax place? Now that would be another nail in Jodi's coffin.

Get a "rope" that looks similar and have her show how he cut the rope with a knife from the butcher block.
That will end that myth.

Another thought re the butcher block: Most of them include kitchen shears - which are heavy-duty scissors -- far more appropriate for cutting an upholstery rope. Plus, I imagine that TA was very particular about his kitchen knives -- good ones (which he prolly had) do not come cheap.

Very quickly, IMO. Jodi likes the chase. It's very evident in her testimony demeanor.

This had been going on off and on for two years.

I dont think she would have ever let him go. The only way she was going to move on is if she killed him and he wasnt around anymore.

I dont know what Travis had but it sure must have been different than the other guys in her life. I dont think all of it had to do with him being successful and a rising star. I think she was really hooked on the sex with him.

Since I had to work this morning, I am now watching the earlier portion of the testimony that I missed - I can't believe how much Jodi smiles as Juan is leading her through the sex tapes and texts - she seems so proud of herself - absolutely no shame talking about this to the jury - unbelievable!

I love the way that Juan took her through every last detail - good for him!

More on phone calls and texts between her and matt....what if they had cheapie pay as you go phones they used to plan/talk cover up and then destroyed them afterward? Idk, I'm getting the vibe that either someone else was involved (matt) or that she wants us to think someone else was involved.
