That camera was accurate. Those were recovered photos that had been deleted. Camera times are pre-set in the factory despite the customer who also sets the date and time.

It was defiantly rented smelling of smoke, so they most likely didn't get it properly cleaned beforehand. It's funny that she says she did this to "save money", yet renting from an airport not only starts you out with a higher rate, but you pay an extra 12% or so in airport fees and taxes.

JM keeps asking if MM was with her at DB's. he has asked her that several times. many of her purchases where for 2 of the same items (food, sunscreen). Could she drove her car and mm drove rental or vice versa?

JM keeps asking her are you sure MM would never betray you? He talks about him a bit and then right when you think he is getting to something good, he leaves the subject of MM.

Also Jodi's story 2.0 was that there was a man and a woman...

For arguments sake, lets say MM turned state witness and they offered him immunity/ reduced sentence for his testimony against her. I assume that would be part of discovery and would have to be turned over to defense?

A slight variation could be that MM dropped her off/drove around to keep from the car being seen. ?? Thinking "out loud"

Hello All, this is my 1st post....but been lurking for awhile. JA mentioned that she returned the gas can. Whenever you return anything at Walmart they circle it on the original receipt. (usually with writing next to it) When JM put up the receipt today it was not circled. Just my observation...

I think it occurred in 62 seconds. The first accidental photo was when it began. She stabbed him in the heart and various other places on his front, 15 times, then he turned to the sink and down the hall and she stabbed him in the back along the way 13 times, then the neck cut in the bedroom. Drag him back. 28 stabs and the neck slice can be done in that time.

What is unbelievable is her story that would have in the same time all of the above, PLUS the body slam, struggle, chase, gun shot, more struggle.

uh...huh? lol I was just wondering if the police report is available. Who lied on the stand? The investigating police officer? I have no idea. I didn't listen to his testimony. I hope he wouldn't lie on the stand and would tend to seriously doubt it?

Edited: ORRRR...smokey smell was from her using some of the extra fuel to burn evidence and she did this close to the car. I think THIS is more likely.

LE say that the camera was upside down and when knocked was taking photos when the button was hitting hard surfaces, so a compete fluke. Some think it was on 'autoshoot' while he was in the shower and was still taking photos automatically during the crime. Either way it's incredible that this happened, and that she left it at the house so the images could be retrieved.

I do not believe this is available anywhere. I believe the only information we have about it is the testimony from the the responding officer.

I was online looking at the crime photo scenes and noticed that the pic on JA's drivers lic there is NO smile but yet her prison mug shot has a smile - I find that odd.

Thinking outloud: what man has a 20 ft decorative rope just lying about the house complete with tassels? Who needs to cut rope in a bathroom when the bedroom had ample room for that? But back to reality, no rope, just a convenient way to place the knife at the scene.


At one point, there was a picture of TA's desk with a check on it from JA - what was the date on that check, anyone know?

I tell you what would be a (chilling) fascinating study is about Narcissists and sociopaths who are actually abusers and use their sophisticated manipulative "powers" to twist it via the courts in a myriad of ways to make it appear they are the abused.

I believe family court would be a fertile resource for all kinds of these cases.

Ya know, for someone other than me to do. To expose this kind of thing, like we are seeing right here in this trial.

Just google 'high conflict divorce'. There's a lot of info about this.
This is basically my life right now.
The court system is ideal for these people to manipulate - especially women.
