There was a subtle thing yesterday by JM that I loved. He's asking JA about the skaters and she talks about the "snickering" and says "yes as they were skating away from my car" and he goes with that sarcastic tone (subtlely) "rrrrright".

It was awesome. I just heard it again on IS.

Especially since she said she pointed at him to make him stop. Nothing elevates an abuser's wrath more than having your own unloaded gun being pointed at you. Her stories continue to be absurd.

Her fake story how he supposedly tackled her and then somehow she shoots him in the struggle does not explain the trajectory of the bullet. It was confusing the way she told it but it did not sound like the path of bullet was possible if they were struggling on ground with him basically on top of her.

Total BS. She blasted him while she was standing and I agree with other poster who said probably right after she made him pose sitting down in shower.

I don't know the context of that post. But she definitely absolutely did not admit to remembering putting his body in the shower after killing him. (The media would have latched onto that in a nanosecond.)

They did talk about whether she took a shower. And Juan asked her if it was the same shower she put TAs body in. She said yes. That's not admitting she remembered placing his body in the shower though. It's just recalling which shower she used when she showered.

Okay I think I found it. It's in the last ten minutes of the day.

JM says something like "You took a shower in the same shower where you placed TA?"

And she answered yes. So not really the bombshell I thought.

My BF whom I have made watch the last 2 weeks feels she is going to get off. That JM is so all over the place he can't keep up and feels the jury is lost. He doesn't know any of the back ground stuff and all the details, which is why I have him watching because I would like an idea of how the jury feels. He also feels TA didn't get what he deserved but feels he was not a good guy his Opinion is TA was a hypocrite and player.
I hope he is wrong, very wrong and she gets the DP because she deserves nothing less MOO

Oh my husband definitely feels she deserves the DP. And I swoon about JM all the time. JM is not all over the place, that would be Jodi who is all over the place. And the jury sees it. Even we cannot keep up with her stories. Problem is that when CA walked so many people in this country lost faith in the jury system and sleazy lawyers!

When she is talking about enjoying the "quilting", I hope the jury can see that she absolutely ate up every morsel of attention from Travis.
Her soul purpose in life was attaining Travis.

What I don't understand is why is she hiding her trip to Mesa from EVERY ONE and even stock piling gas so she's not seen on any cameras on her way there--Yet TA " guilted" her into going there?

He could have told any number of persons JA is stopping by during a road trip?

Right?

And she doesn't tell any one after that she stopped in Mesa and tells police she hadn't seen Travis since April?

So how can she say TA knew she was coming due to his guilting yet he is telling people if he's found dead check out JA! And could have told any one who then would have told police hey, Jodi visited Travis. Go talk to her immediately.

I'm not getting how she can tell this jury this was a planned trip after a certain point. ( since it didn't start off that way)

I'm feeling dumb. Too much to remember and put together.

The gas cans have really good lids on them but you don't drive around with gas like that on a road trp. Keep in mind, she had one goal. She didn't care about the smell, she had to kill Travis. And I am certain that although she used it to fill her car, she also used some of it to burn evidence.

Another good point that I hadn't thought of. She was able to burn evidence, after she "woke up" in the desert, after she washed her bloody hands off with bottled water that she had in the trunk..of a rented car.

Does anyone know when she bought the case of water? Is there a receipt for that?

All I know is that for a Ford Focus, that trunk can sure hold a lot of stuff. 3 gas cans, a case of water, JA's luggage...
