It's Nurmi's obligation to fix it on rebuttal (if he chooses to do so). I'm sure they can find out when the photo was uploaded to MS since his account is still there. I don't know if MS has a feature like FB where it says (changed profile picture).

We know the interview with the detective was all a lie, so I can see that she was referring to a past incident to make her bull chit sound more real.

Just my opinion of course.

Seriously people...do you actually think that JM is going to present something if it is not known by him 100% to be the truth? He's had over 4 years to put his case together and he knows every word she's said and can probably recite them backwards and forwards.

Exactly. And as I just posted, if this whole scenario is inaccurate and he's only playing part of her interview taking it out of context, why doesn't Nurmi object and ask to approach. He objects and asks to approach for everything else. Yet sits there silently with a scowl on his face while JM replays this clip 5 times.
