At first I was ticked, but then agree that the break makes it harder to put on the fake cry again. Now the jury knows she knows what's coming and that she's expected to answer. She sure as shoot didn't start crying when talking over pics of his penis. If she really felt he was going to kill her - I mean KILL HER- to the point where she felt it ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY to kill him first - and she truly believes it to this day - she would NOT be crying over his death. Remorse for loss of life for his family maybe, but she would look at him and see an abusive person lying there and not be crying for him.

That is IF she were not such the big fat evil liar that she is

She is crying because it is HIS FAULT that she is on the stand today getting caught up in her own lies. She still blames him and cries for herself.

I didn't see one single tear. She hid her face with her hair and her hand because that's what she does when she doesn't want anyone to see her face. If we saw her face, we'd know she wasn't crying, but pretending to cry instead.

Did you notice that once Nurmi came up to her and the jury was out of the room, she ripped a kleenex out of the box and instead of going under her glasses to wipe her tear stained face, she ripped at her nose, like she always does. There was not one single tear there for anyone to see. AND, when we finally do see her cry (IF we do) they will be tears for herself and not for the savage attack on the body of poor Travis.

It sounded like real crying. The break in the voice, snot in the nose, etc.

Look, I know many people here believe that Jodi is the most evil person to ever walk the earth and is incapable of human emotion, but this crime was all about emotion. About rejection originally, and now it's about guilt and cowardice. Her tears were genuine -- not fake tears or other such nonsense -- and they were induced by her feelings of guilt. The guilty and cowardly cry. It's what they do.

I hate to say it, but I think the judge is being a little easy on JA. Ive never seen a judge call a lunch early when a defindant starts breaking down..... WORST time to do that. They should have let him go on.


And they should have MADE her look at that picture.

It makes no sense that Travis would want JA to take a photo memorializing his new buff body in his shower. Wouldn't it make more sense, especially with a guy, just to wait and have someone take these nice buff photos while he's on the beach having a good time? These shower photos can't be shown to anyone by Travis...because he's stark naked...so does this make any sense? Nope, it doesn't.

She really had no business doing that imo it was early and she was showing bias for JA imo. Juan had taken a long time to build up momentum and then she disrupts it. It won't matter in the end though.

I hope you are wrong, but can see it so Juan does not get to leave the jury with the murder in their minds.

I don't think they will let court end because of her tears. She has to testify to it sooner or later - and she is the one the chose to take the stand.

Just give her a xanax and put her back on the stand.

Or in the alternative - just give her the needle.
