OK not a linebacker... I knew it. This would also explain how she got the gun 8' high in the back of a closet without messing up the shoes on the shelves.
Notice she tilts her head conveniently so bullet in her right eye... wow.. No words

I haven't seen her take any different stance on Jodi since this trial started. So Jinkasauras has apparently done a 180 and now thinks Jodi is a murderer
How could she have stabbed him first? Couldn't he fight back? She was a petite thing.
Travis was begging her to get help
~~IMO~~
Sorry but have seen a couple of different things about where the exit wound was. I thought it was the jaw. Can anyone clear it up?
For me the psychology puts me at stabbed first too...
I think Jodi's very sadistic. A knife first would make sense for her psychopathology. I believe there's also something very poetic in a very sinister sense of stabbing a lover you feel has wronged you, rejected you, in the heart.
Ultimately she wanted to hurt Travis and to punish him. A shot first would have defeated that desire.

Did Arias check to see if the gun was still in the closet before the murder? Since it was sort of thrown up there, with no ammo with it--not in a box, etc., why would you assume it would always be up there? Why would you want a loaded handgun loose like that?
Lies lies lies lies.
Well, we don't bite very hard.
I was in his left cheek - no exit wound. Bullet went from right eyebrow to his left cheek, where the projectile remained and was seen on x-rays of his face
