OK not a linebacker... I knew it. This would also explain how she got the gun 8' high in the back of a closet without messing up the shoes on the shelves.
Notice she tilts her head conveniently so bullet in her right eye... wow.. No words

The hills are alive with the sound of lies :furious:

So Jinkasauras has apparently done a 180 and now thinks Jodi is a murderer
I haven't seen her take any different stance on Jodi since this trial started.

Was there a time when she voiced her belief that Jodi murdered Travis in self-defense? :what:

I would find that to be highly unusual for her.

How could she have stabbed him first? Couldn't he fight back? She was a petite thing.

She's not that petite. Around 5'5" and he was approximately the same height.

Why did she have to leave us with that visual of her screaming and dropping the knife?

What movie is that from?

  • #2,006
Travis was begging her to get help

~~IMO~~

yes, she caught him so off guard he did not even realize she was the one killing him. That is how it shows he had no idea she was a raving lunatic killer.

You know that Nurmi and Wilmott believe JA 100%.

Simple matter just to produce one or two of snickering license-plate skaters to appear on her behalf, right?

I think his closet shelves are the kind that sit on 4 pin/connector things and if she stood on one it would tip forward

Sorry but have seen a couple of different things about where the exit wound was. I thought it was the jaw. Can anyone clear it up?

I thought it lodged in his cheek. No exit wound?

For me the psychology puts me at stabbed first too...

I think Jodi's very sadistic. A knife first would make sense for her psychopathology. I believe there's also something very poetic in a very sinister sense of stabbing a lover you feel has wronged you, rejected you, in the heart.

Ultimately she wanted to hurt Travis and to punish him. A shot first would have defeated that desire.

JMO

OH, I SO agree! This is all about her sadism, his suffering and degradation. And an 'artistic act' for her- including the photo set up. It fulfilled her fantasies on so many levels!

Live! :liar:

Why does HLN have JA listed as 5'4"? She is not 5'4"? :waitasec:

WE ARE BACK!!

Plus, she was still in a rage about the Gold Digger blog and the axe murderer comment. An axe would have been too hard to hide but I truly believe she stabbed him in rage because of that comment. She fantasized doing it, she planned it and she did it. The gun was just insurance.

Petite?

She's as tall as him. She had the element of surprise. He was cornered in a shower stall.

Did Arias check to see if the gun was still in the closet before the murder? Since it was sort of thrown up there, with no ammo with it--not in a box, etc., why would you assume it would always be up there? Why would you want a loaded handgun loose like that?

Lies lies lies lies.

No, and she thought it was not loaded because that's what Travis had told her back in 2007 when she found it.

They're back

Their back..and a sidebar

I was in his left cheek - no exit wound. Bullet went from right eyebrow to his left cheek, where the projectile remained and was seen on x-rays of his face

Right eyebrow to left cheek...
