Petite? She's 5'6" and he was between 5'8" and 5'9". He wasn't that much taller than she was. She is fit and per Ryan's testimony, stronger than she looks. If she stabbed him in the heart first, he would have been dazed, in pain and spitting up blood. He wouldn't have been able to fight back, just attempting to get away from her and he probably would have been staggering, not running.

The photo Juan showed yesterday? of Jodi and Travis standing side by side, they are pretty much the same height. Travis wasn't a big guy. That really became evident to me with that photo. He wasn't big and muscular.

No one would be screaming obscenities seconds after having their brain hit with a heavy dose of kinetic energy from a high velocity projectile. He'd be confused or dazed if not totally incapacitated. He would not have the clarity of mind to continue on with his anger toward Jodi.
