Her attorneys must certainly have tried to get it through her thick skull that her story makes no sense. Can you imagine her giving in? I sure can't. So, this is America, she gets a trial, and she has the right to take the stand and talk our heads off. It's mind-boggling but I doubt we can really lay any of this on her defense team. How could they keep her off the stand? Appeal City.

Ugggh! I'm not feeling well and I'm exhausted, but I'm putting all of my effort into staying awake. I don't want to miss a minute of the afternoons testimony. :what:
Hope you feel better soon. If you're exhausted now, you're going to really feel it this afternoon but it looks like it'll be worth it.

I know I have said this before but I do not believe ANY of this story. I believe it was completely premeditated. I believe they were getting along fine, they had sex, they took pictures, she set him up to take his pictures in the shower. He was naked, she was dressed, she shot him (still not convinced which order) she stabbed him( he fought back -hence the defense wounds) and after he was good and dead she slashed his throat for an exclamation point. Then, like a good psychopath she drug him into shower and washed his body. I so hope the jury sees this similarly because they will have to vote 1st degree and hopefully the DP. I will forever believe it was COMPLETELY planned. If not for the camera and the pictures with time stamp I may not be so convinced. I believe Travis' angels made sure those pictures were able to be seen!

Completely agree. She knew he was taking someone else to Cancun. I don't think she was giving him a last ditch effort to be her boyfriend. I think she lulled him into a false sense of security with the sex, and the pictures were to get him naked and defenseless in shower as well as easy cleanup. I think the first stabs did not kill him. The autopsy photos show cuts on hand consistent with grabbing at blade. He struggled from shower and she continued following stabbing him in the back, and finished with the cut throat and shot in the face.

I agree with you 100%, we will never know why for sure but in addition to those reasons I believe it maybe simply because he was making horrible noises. I have seen a throat slashing video and the viewing is hard but listening to the sounds is nearly impossible to handle. Of course this is jmo.

I agree with you. She heard the gurgling from the throat wound and wasn't sure if he was dead, so she shot him to be sure.

I haven't seen a vid myself but I have read descriptions of it, there is gurgling and such, right?

In earlier testimony she said that after she 'rolled left' and got up and ran, she could hear him running behind her... Not catching her, not even touching her...

Any thinking person fleeing from potential harm would run out the door - getting them closer to then getting out of the house.

Travis. Was. Naked.

Instead, she runs back towards the bathroom (into the closet - with doors that don't lock... yeah, right) to "get away".

It's not credible. It's not believable. She's crying because finally knows that her story will - not - work.

And she also said, in previous testimony, that she didn't remember about the gun until AFTER she ran into the closet.

So we are supposed to believe that she chose to run inside the closet instead of trying to run out the front door and escape?

And in earlier testimony she also said that when she last saw thew gun he told her it was unloaded. So why take the time to jump up on the closet to grab the gun, with an angry maniac chasing you, if you think it is unloaded?

I have questions for you Jodi:
Don't you have copies of you all your court documents in your cell?
Do you have copies of those crime scene photos in your cell?

Patti Wood, a body language expert, is on HLN saying that her crying is because she realizes she's been caught. I agree this afternoon's testimony is going to be EPIC!

Body language expects read normal people. Jodi has very very few normal reactions.

Anybody around here ever have the wind knocked out of them? Believe me the only thing a person does is writhes around on the ground like a fish gasping, trying to get air back into the lungs.

I'm thinking the opposite, that the judge just doesn't want to deal with it and she doesn't want the jury to have to either. If she felt sorry for her, she would have made a sweet comment like judges often make to witnesses of violent crimes when they break down. JMO

I agree, I think the judge probably wanted to roll her eyes and was just like GTF outta here with this. Hopefully she'll tell Nurmi that he needs to get his client under control. She did this, she needs to answer the questions.

Side note: Wow with the attitude when they were talking about the body slam!

Body language expert on IS said Jodi was fake crying. She said it was just an "I am caught" reaction. Said no body movements to back it up. Said whole testimony has been fake.

BBM - I dont believe this to be correct. TA had roommates that were to be home at 6 or so. Although one of the roommates was late that day, I dont believe she would have known that.

She would have wanted to get out of there ASAP. Thats why everything was just scattered everywhere and such. I believe that if she would have stayed longer, the clean up would have been MUCH better.

JMO

Why can't she be there when the roommate is there? He was there when she arrived at 400am. I think she knew their schedules, and I think all three roommates [one was away for the night which she probably knew from Travis], led seperate lives. She was secure in that master bedroom. No one would bother her there.

She would just have to be careful leaving or leave after he goes out to dinner or something. Maybe that's why she waited until dusk to leave.

I misread that as " Jodi has had very very few normal relations" and started cracking up. I need to get my vision checked.

She almost decapitated him, stabbed him 29 times, wallowed in his blood, and then she suddenly gets grossed out by the sounds of him dying?

I don't believe they are allowed to have crime photos in with their case files.
