Her testimony is bogus.

No one would be screaming obscenities seconds after having their brain hit with a heavy dose of kinetic energy from a high velocity projectile. He'd be confused or dazed if not totally incapacitated. He would not have the clarity of mind to continue on with his anger toward Jodi.

Absolutely. At most he would be moaning or screaming sounds but no words. Think his mouth was damaged too.

I agree! Arias after murdering Travis by stabbing him over two dozen times, slicing his throat, and shooting him in the head - writes how wonderful Travis is, proclaims her innocence, smiles in her police booking photo as a tribute to Travis.

If Travis was a horrible person that was sexually fulfilled by looking at pictures of little boys - abused Arias - and, Arias was so 'torn' up about his murder - I think she would have never gone to his memorial, wrote words of affection about Travis.

To me the lack of injuries Arias suffered as she murdered Travis - shows that even when he is being murdered - Travis did not have it in him to hurt Arias (to save his own life).

Travis wasn't coming after her - if he was coming after her - Arias would have never been able to make it to the closet to get the gun.

I wish that this judge would have allowed The State to continue - I hope the jury sees how manipulative Arias is. During her breakdown after seeing a picture of her victim Travis - Arias makes it a point to "show off" her broken left ring finger.

I hope that justice is served - Arias shows that she is a threat to society. Not only this - she murdered Travis.

Again, I really hope that the jury sees the truth about Arias.

So, based on JA's testimony & claim of self-defense, she can't even say that he tried to chase her because it was all just a "perception" that he was following her, but she didn't look.

Hello - if he hasn't caught you, run out the door and down the stairs to get away from a wet, naked man, who would probably slip on the tile before he could catch you anyway, instead of ducking into the closet to allegedly look for a gun that might or might not be loaded to shoot him with.

She thinks she may have put it in the dishwasher when she was done stabbing him, she's not sure. It was supposedly already in the bedroom or bathroom while they were cutting rope for sex play.

Lucky for her it popped into her hand after the gun was knocked loose. Otherwise she may not have been able to nearly decapitate him in self defense.

Yes and it's obvious to us as well as the jury that she was coached to do this as she started right after the break. She hardly ever gave in, sometimes not even looking at the evidence photos which shows how determined she can be imo.
