It's an act. Give her a minute or two and she will be back to her old, self-serving, confrontational, annoying, murdering self. JMO

Yeah, I'm not buying the "defeated" act; her attempt to appear more "victim-like," I think. "Mean old prosecutor is picking on little ol' me....waaah!" Yuck. Very Anthony like.

Wait till he gets to the back & neck shots....
Prrrrrrrr

THAT'S where his throat was slit!!!!!!!! At the end of the hall. As we all thought.

Yup....
and now we are getting to the cup/glass which we all "acknowledge " was used in the body clean up. BOOM!

But then the law schools will have to bring up the Mormon religion. No sex for a 30 year old man, no masturbation either. Yes, JA is a liar, but TA was hiding her because of his religion.

The Mormon religion has nothing to do with this being shown in Law Schools for years to come because of how Mr. Martinez is handling this witness. JMO

OMG lord.. Bloody water marks from clean up. I never saw that before.. jesus

  • #2,206
The glass was used to clean up the floor as we all thought.

And bringing up the water marks on the box.

  • #2,207
Waiting for Nurmi to declare that JA is NOT a chemist....can't answer questions about the crime scene photos!....that's about the ONLY objection he'll win!

  • #2,208
When did JA cry uncontrollabl? Just saw a headline stating that on MSN. Is it true?

It was earlier when he showed her a picture of a deceased Travis and asked her if she cried when she shot him or stabbed him. Of course, she said she didn't remember.

She's not defeated. Just an act. Wants sympathy from the jury.

  • #2,210
In all the trial watching I've done, I've never seen a cross-exam this well done. Ever.

  • #2,211
Please make her speak up louder.

  • #2,212
What a shapeshifter. Remember bubbly, happy JA on 48 Hours?? Why is she upset NOW but everything was cool on the tv show?

  • #2,213
The glass was used to clean up the floor as we all thought.

And bringing up the water marks on the box.

I knew he'd bring up the clean up! :great:

I kind of get the sense that Jodi really wants to be able to say what happened, maybe to make herself feel better or maybe because she's proud of what she did -- who knows, but it seems like she is not reluctant to acknowledge the murder details, despite her attorney's objections, as long as Juan is pulling it out of her and she's not forced to simply narrate the murder events.

  • #2,215
I disagree that it was a "well-planned", premeditated murder. I think she knew what she was going to do when she went there, but probably a. hadn't figured out all the minute details, b. didn't really know what was going to happen at the crime scene/had never been confronted with one, and c. probably didn't react the way she thought she would.

IMO she was in a state of rage, or at least had to work herself up into one to make that happen. I don't think she was in total control, because how could you be to inflict that kind of horrifying violence? I guess for a psychopath it might be possible, but if she was that calm I imagine she would have dealt with the crime scene differently.

All JMO.

I want him dead. He'll be dead. I'll go to Utah. My problems are over.

La di da di da. Magical thinking.

saying she used the glass to throw water on the floor that was kept under the bathroom sink - to clean the bathroom - she cant remember -

  • #2,217
Acting all meek now. MEEK women don't shoot someone, stab him and then slash his throat.

  • #2,218
The judge is over ruling a LOT more that I thought she would!!! Yay!!

  • #2,219
Oh no.....he is not about to say she was cleaning up...and he did more blood after...in other words cames up from being down unexpectedly???

  • #2,220
"If I killed Travis Alexander, I would beg for the death penalty."

Start begging, Jodi...
