Since Jodi has admitted killing Travis by shooting him in the head, stabbing him 27 times and slashing his throat -- if it's not premeditation, then it was either unintentional (an accident) or it was self defense. Which do you think it is if premeditation has not been demonstrated?

Is that really true? Where would crime of passion for instance fall in there?

I believe she is guilty in the 1st degree. but I don't believe that is the juror's only choices.

The more I listen to Dr. Drew, the more I'm convinced he's a quack!

Lol I love Susan moss:floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

me too!!! Her rhymes sometimes give me giggles. Here's a new game. Let's make up rhymes about Jodi (Moss style).

"With the story she picked, jury's sure to convict".

"If your mug's at the crime, then you're doing the time".

"If you're guilty as Cain, say it scrambles your brain".

:great:

& if I were a member of this jury, I would have no hesitation for finding first degree murder, premeditation, despite the fact there are some questions that remain unsolved-gunshot? First or last, shower pictures?-posed under duress or taken unknowingly, how did she dispose of some of the evidence? JA will never tell the truth, but there is enough evidence of premeditation to convict her, IMO...may God have mercy on her soul....I do not...

This this right Bobby Juarez right?

If the posts on article is correct then yes..

I've not seen a pic of Bobby & I'm stuck on kindle so hard for me to start researching FB You Tube video testimony etc..

IF THIS IS SAME BOBBY then I think we have to start looking back to ask transpired after TA was murdered.. Again I'm going to say.. I DON'T LIKE THIS BRIAN CARR guy I think there is much much more to him. I posted earlier National Enquirer Sr Editor indicated he'd met JA previously years before.. just sayin JMO

2 ex boyfriends murdered within a month of each other.

Travis Alexander- June 4, 2008

Bobby Juarez- July 10, 2008 (his is still unsolved)

Creepy to say the least.

Does anyone know when Jodi first started dating Bobby? (I doubt she has anything to do with his murder).

I can't get that link to open. Is it a credible source?
I thought Bobby was alive and well, and hoping for a book deal.
Did we hear that from Katie Co?

I had to work the last few days so I have just been looking at the last pages. But here's how logic seems to me.
If Jodi tried to cover her crime, in all her ways, shapes and forms, then she remembers the crime. Kwim?

I have watched this whole trial. Some parts several times. Most of it was covered but I would have liked for him to slowly spell it out. I'm not comfortable with the jury being forced to make the links themselves.

That is exactly makes me nervous, the jury having to make links themselves. In my work profession, not legal related, I am in total shock at the incompetency level of people. I am scared.

I am not saying the jury is incompetent but is just a nervous concern.

It's not necessary to prove a motive.

It ain't over yet.... It's only gonna get better! And just wait until Juan's closing argument!

She mentioned him crunching like a linebacker in her testimony under direct.
When she said that, I thought, she's trying to say things that fit to what she's been hearing in court.
So today I was thinking that she was probably going to say he also turned his head so it would line up with the direction of the bullet.
Well, when she said she could demonstrate the linebacker thing better if she could do it, I Thought, "NO" she's got a plan, and she’s going to show that he turned his head.
So, then JM had her do it and as you know she said and showed he also turned his head.
At the time I was thinking this was a big mistake by JM to have her demonstrate it because some of the jurors may believe it's possible. But now I'm thinking I may be wrong because whether he turns his head or not the bullet is going to go straight into his right upper brow and go straight deeper into his head. He may turn his head but the bullet still goes straight.
In order for the bullet to finally lodge in the back of his left jaw I believe he would have to be coming from the side of her, wouldn’t he? And wouldn't he also have stopped if faced with a gun that he knows is loaded? I think JM should of touched on that!

Like I said before she's conforming her testimony to the evidence presented each day in court. Hopefully her own words will bring Justice to Travis!

Yes. My daughter and I reenacted this and there's no way her version can match the trajectory of the bullet. The laws of physics say she's lying.

wait wait wait.... who even brought up the ridiculous notion that Travis was schizophrenic? I'm trying to multitask but I'll go look for that o/p but really....really?!? Am I going to find some newly released psychiatric document diagnosing him or was someone making up absurd nonesense?

I am confused in the video below Mr.Martinez asks: "Where were you taking the photographs when this happened?" This is obviously not a photo that she took because it is a crime scene photo. You can see the evidence markers?? I have linked to the part where he asks her this. :waitasec:

We couldn't see the spot where jodi took the shower pics..he used that one to shock her and to show the space around the shower. he wanted to know where exactly she stood.

I believe she is guilty in the 1st degree. but I don't believe that is the juror's only choices.

Crime of passion would be a homicide committed in immediate response to extreme emotional provocation - there was no evidence of this presented.

Ok...
So she is psycho crazy woman and premeditates his killing because of the old "If I can't have him, no one else will".

Why didn't she just just shoot after the roommates left, cornered in the shower stall.

Why was it is so vicious?

JA did kill Travis in the shower stall. The roommates had left the house. I am very interested in hearing why you aren't satisfied with Juan's cross. It sounds like you don't even believe Jodi murdered Travis, which she admitted to doing. Everyone is entitled to their opinions, but I would like to hear what your position is on the facts, as they have been presented at trial.

For instance, you stated something like Juan did poorly today. I would like to know WHY you think that. What did he miss, why was it poor/bad?

Please don't take this personal...just wondering if there are some things he missed and since you said you are saying this from a "jurors" perspective, I would love to know what it would take to convince you. Meaning you...people who think JA is innocent. It's fascinating to me.

She confessed end of story:

"Would you agree that you were the person who actually slit Mr Alexanders throat from ear?
Yes
"Than would you also agree that you were the individual that stabbed him in the upper torso?"
Yes

You do realize its only the defense's case in chief right now.
The prosecution gets to come back with a rebuttal case.
Then in closing argument the prosecution closes twice, with the final word.

This isn't over yet, please don't be scared!
