I think the camera was on auto to take pics every few seconds or minutes, depending on the camera. If kicked around, you get what you see. You can't lie about what was caputred.

Well are the time stamps evenly spaced apart - after the first two?

Gotta say she seemed stunned when Flores first told her they had pics.

Wouldn't the world be a better place if we could take the law into our own hands when it came to pedophiles?

I agree, HOWEVER----

JA didn't even accuse him of 'being' a pedophile. There were no accusations involving him touching or being inappropriate with any children. The most she can say is she walked in on him pleasuring himself and she saw a picture of a boy on the bed. How does that make him a pedophile? [ of course it is all a lie anyway.]

If he could prove that she actually moved that camera around deliberately while she was killing him, that would go a long way towards sealing her fate.

He proved that today, when he got her to admit the camera was in the hallway when the photo of her leg, foot and Travis was taken.

That would be her version of the events and her fantasy to save her butt. So she was cut off.. She needs to be asked and drilled on specific questions she avoided for years, since she has such a bad memory problem.

Not directed at you Hat, btw, only it's a bit obvious she's lied. She scares me, really scares me. Honestly.

I really think she was ready to give up the whole attack story as it occurred. I could be off, but I do think the gunshot came first.

Also, about JA "breaking down/crying" on the stand.... That whole thing was a TOTAL act. I have a big screen HD tv that picks up every little detail and I made sure to pay real close attention to her cheeks for tears/wetness when she was supposedly sobbing on the stand and never once seen a drop of anything. She made sure to cover her face with her hands the entire time but messed up and showed her cheeks once in awhile when she would go for another tissue. Also, if you notice she left a little hole between her hands that she was able to peek out from so she could see if anyone was buying her BS.... She did this same sort of thing during the first few days of the trial when JM showed the pics of TA when he was dead in the shower and when she was dragging his dead body down the hallway. She acted then like she was covering her face but there was a little gap you could tell she was peeking out from to actually get a look at the pics. The sad thing is is that idk if the jury was able to see this as she made sure to let the side of her hair curtains that was closest to the jury drape down and cover her face... Also, you could totally tell she was faking crying when she said something to the effect of "you mean his testimony?" in response to something JM was asking. The tone of her voice when saying this was completely different from what would be expected if she was sobbing. I'm hoping that the jury caught a quick glimpse of how she was able to quickly recover right after the worst of the pics were shown &/or as soon as court was dismissed for lunch break/break... Her attempt at being remorseful about what she did was so fake and so obvious; it's insulting to everyone's intelligence that she would even think to try it.

I didn't see any tears neither. Total act, just like FCA. Totally self serving, trying to draw attention and sympathy away from the brutalized victim.

Also obviously fake is whenever she talked about being abused physically her voice never showed any fear or trepidation as most people do when recalling being attacked violently. She talked about being body slammed like it was shaking hands. I believe if she wasn't caught this time, she'd do it again to someone else.

I wondered about that myself. Im not aware of any other testimony that addresses those pictures, but thinking about it today--maybe that camera was being moved around. If that is what he was implying--that it was being moved deliberately-- I certainly hope he follows up on it.

There were other places where he dropped bread crumbs but didnt follow up. Like the luggage. He made a big deal today about when she took her luggage out but then I never figured out where he was going with that. what difference did he think it made when she moved the luggage out of the house? I think it could be important but I dont yet know how.

I wonder if these things and others like them will be covered in his rebuttal case. Maybe hes saved the most damning evidence for last.

I think the luggage going out to the car brings up a few issues. One, did she load up the car and leave, and then sneak back and surprise him in the shower?

Two, did she pack up and load the car after she had her 'foggy' brain trauma? Because that might show that she was more capable and organized than she is letting on.

Also, it makes us wonder why she didn't just leave once she first packed up the car? If she loaded it up at around 2ish, then why was she hanging around?

It was like bad movie acting. Sob, sob, sob,..."I don't know..." She probably bragged about her performance later saying the jury would have fallen for it. Please let them see the real JA!!

To see if she was going to Mexico or going to kill Travis.

Jodi was clearly not crying on the stand at all today. There is a pic of Jodi after she and attys came out of chambers that clearly showed she was crying before entering the courtroom. She had better practice those crying skills over the weekend cause I think that is her only hope and it is an infinitely think hope at that!

I was thinking the same. It was the sex tape day (she was wearing green) and that was the only time her eyes and nose were red. My theory is that she thought Travis' family wouldn't allow it to be played in court, but they did (after listening to it in private.)

Really makes you wonder what is in there now...

I may be in a memory fog, but wasn't Feb 20th around the time the jurors were questions about reporters bothering them. Jodi's mom told the judge or something.

I think JM made a big deal about when the luggage was taken out due to the fact he has a BURGLARY charge to prove. I'm guessing he believes TA said good-bye to her, but she sneaked back in = burglary. This makes the charge even worse.

there is (it only takes a second)

she decided to go back and get the gun from the shelf (which is a lie but regardless) instead of running down the hallway and out of the room.

the second she turned around and went to get a gun was that second that she decided.. nah.. she won't run she will just kill him

premeditation in her own words

(I however subscribe to a greater depth and breadth of premeditation)

If the jurors can't believe the gun shot to the head followed by the 29 stab wounds, one intended to the heart was premeditated, then the cutting of the throat to "finish him off" should do it. It only takes seconds for premeditation. Her self defense ended once he was on the floor and no longer a threat to her. Whether she claims to remember or not, she did tell Flores Travis was on all fours and asked her to go for help. jmo

I missed the part where the camera ended up in the hallway.

How could that have happened , I wonder.

Not this 'intuitive' again .. Can she intuit we think she's a nut job?

Yes, she's quite out there. I'm still not understanding what kind of restaurant she, TA & JA dined in that allowed her to take Travis into the LADIES ROOM for a fortune-telling session. Which she says ended in him crying while she embraced him. Really, what restaurant allows a man to go through the HERS door to partake of all this??

But here's my real question... Did anyone else know that JA saw TA (at this dinner) two weeks before his death? This is when Julie Christopher said this dinner took place, two weeks prior to his death.

(Or maybe she has the date wrong like Gus did, to make himself seem closer to the action?)

Three hours of "just hanging around". The roommate came home around 3pm and left around 4. She waited until the roommate left to kill Travis. Hiding??? No, she claims her car was in the driveway so roommate would know someone from California was there. But roommate claims there was no car in the driveway. jmo

I kinda thought some of her sobbing was real. Mostly......or.....all .....for the mess she got herself into.

Rewatching yesterday's testimony -

Jodi claims to have climbed on one shelf to reach the gun. That is an impossible move without disturbing the shelving. Take a closer look:

35ivfqa.png

See the peg holes on the sides? Those holes make for adjustable shelves, you remove the shelf, and the pegs the shelves REST ON can be moved to different locations. The shelves are NOT FIXED into the piece, they simply rest on the pegs. If Jodi were to step on any one of those shelves, the shelf would flip up in the back, throwing everything on the shelf to the floor, most likely making her fall, and may very well fall out.

There is no WAY she used one of the shelves to boost herself up without disturbing the shelf and the contents that were on there.

If considering that point alone, her entire story of what happened that day is not credible.

Edited to add: I'm jealous of TA's organizational skills, what a tidy closet for a bachelor.

It wasn't in the hallway. If was in the bedroom facing the bathroom taking a picture of her foot and his body. Juan pointed past his foot and asked her is that the bathroom. Next picture is in the hallway showing the baseboard and his body. How is it the camera keeps moving???? jmo

I was thinking the same thing as well. When Juan was pointing the lack of disturbance of items.

I've had a few accidental " flip ups" of a shelf and it is not pretty. haha

I bet we will hear about this fact when the State is up at bat again.

I wish I had a walk-in closet period.

The way she described shooting him never happened. He was coming towards her low when the gun went off. The bullet would have traveled from his temple to the back of his head and not ended up in his cheek. It would have made sense if she said she shot him while he was sitting in the shower because of the angle of the shot. It did not happen the way she said and that is why Juan asked her to demonstrate. She is toast from here on out and defense knows it. jmo
