There is no way I'm getting involved with that 1 on a day to day basis! it will be summer, I will be outside, I don't want to interfere with my real life! I will though do the Snydermen case in Atlanta in fall

good morning all

over the weekend i was thinking about the jury questions for ja. i am hopeful that the judge will limit ja's response in her answers. if the judge allows her to go on with her self serving answers and details i will be disappointed with the judge. can jm object to ja's long winded answers?

I cannot for the life of me understand WHY they would even even WANT to ask JA a question.
Surely they are sick of listening to her talk, and they know she is a liar ~ so what is the point? Are we seeing something they are not?

Ok, been thinking about something.

I would hammer on Jodi's "trip". Her intentions are to visit "1000 places" and Ryan Byrnes. Stops over at Travis' then go back home.

Why did she an email to Travis (with him being in Cancun) that she would come and hang out at his place and clean.

The Flores report states there was moved furniture and a floor cleaner in the middle of the floor.

Who were you trying to get your messages in magazine too and why?

Did you tell anybody about abuse?

Why did you stay in the house after he attacked you or was very angry at you in the office?

Can't think of any more right now....but still trying to wake up....

Do you consider your tire slashing experience as having helped you perfect your TA stabbing and slashing technique?

True but I think they want to make sure they do everything right. I know that if I were a juror then I'd ask questions. Plus it will be interesting to see how she answers the jury as opposed to JM. It will be to her disadvantage if she says 'I don't know' to a juror question. Again if she rambles off then she will most certainly lie.

I'm not sure I can handle the DV expert. I don't believe my monitor will survive being thrown through the window.

I'm anticipating a lot of generalities about DV victims and a whole lot of engineered manipulation to twist and bend each of Jodi's actions that could even remotely be relevant as consistent with a victim.

I have immense respect for DV advocates, all the men and women who dedicate their lives for people like me...but knowing there are advocates so easily manipulated by a psychopath or so willing to grab a paycheck that they can't, or won't, see the true victim makes my heart very heavy.
