Yes, you are right, but that does open the door for JM to come back to discuss those strange things....which had to be done, because Nurmi tried to stay away from that subject since it wasn't allowed in.

I don't know if Mimi can talk about the stalking behavior since she heard that from Travis, but Lisa has first hand knowledge.

Ok, been thinking about something.

I would hammer on Jodi's "trip". Her intentions are to visit "1000 places" and Ryan Byrnes. Stops over at Travis' then go back home.

Why did she an email to Travis (with him being in Cancun) that she would come and hang out at his place and clean.

The Flores report states there was moved furniture and a floor cleaner in the middle of the floor.

You do realize the prosecution is done with their cross of JA? Nurmi is up today to try to rehabilitate JA and her story. I doubt he will be hammering her on anything.

I hope today isn't too painful to listen to. I'm expecting a ton of objections from Juan and unfortunately, most of the time will be looking at their backs at sidebars. Since they both had their turns with JA, I'm hoping the judge will be putting her foot down and not let Nurmi go on and on...and on..and on. :banghead:
