I always get worried when there is a delay that they are working on a plea deal. I hope that won't accept any plea that isn't to 1st degree, premeditated murder, if they do accept a plea. I guess I could live with her getting LWOP but I am sure Travis's family would prefer DP, like she gave him.

I was reading Flores' report last night, and it mentioned that the camera had 8 photos of TA and JA during the 1:30 romp on the bed. It said that there were the 2 photos of TA and 6 photos of JA, but we've only seen 4 of them. I wonder how the other two photos of Jodi had her posing? BTW, the shower and immediate bloody body photos were mentioned previously in the report.

So there are still 2 other Jodi photos we have yet to see.

Anybody here with a medical background?

I understand why Jodi wants to insist the damaged finger was broken and caused by Travis. I think her finger had the tendon sliced by the slipper (blood covered blade and handle).

? I believe the crookedness of her finger is from not having a medical pro look at it when the tendon/s were slashed. The finger healed and the tendon is shortened and unable to fully extend.

Would this be the same thing if a broken finger wasn't set by a medical professional? Plus I thought a broken bone heals and becomes set so you wouldn't be able to flex it like Jodi does?

ok - I understand she would need one. I was responding to a question someone asked if there had been anything said about a passport, in which I replied no.

As I also said, I could be wrong about it..... but I havent heard of a PASSPORT
