Unfortunately for the jury and for us, the DT doesn't care and they don't need to. Nurmi isn't really trying to inform the jurors. What he's doing is making a record for her appeal. An appeal is dependent on what's already in the underlying trial record - there isn't an opportunity to bring any of this in during the appeals process - so he's dumping the entire kitchen sink into the record for future use.

I can't stand much of it but am listening while I'm waiting on a load of laundry. I just can't get over how slow Nurmi is. I really think now that it's his thought processes that are slow, which lead to his excruciatingly slow speech. And the way he constantly "backs up". This guy's unbelievable ullhair:
