I don't know what the defense is doing bringing up the suicide theme so often - what total idiots! With all the recent suicide murders going on in recent news, people with suicidal tendencies are almost instantly equated to disordered murderers!!!

I can't stand the way JVM screems, but she's talking about the reasonable doubt scenario.
I REALLY believe this needs to be spelled out to jurors (in all cases) in a way that's easier to pin down.
It's REASONABLE DOUBT, not beyond a shadow of a doubt, and I think it confuses jurors.

I'll take JVM over NG. At least JVM is respectful to her guests. JMO
