Yes but I worry that some or even 1 juror willbelieve or place some weight on her lying testimony because the judge is allowing almost everything she lies about in and the jurors may think she finds it credible enough to be evidence and therefore worth considering

This judge is being way to lenient. There is no way the leading objections should be overruled like this. The attorney isn't supposed to testify, or am I wrong?

On redirect, leading questions are allowed. At least in CA.

I do not know how she can claim DV when she says he never hit me with his fists and I didn't consider it violence.

And to my mind if Travis were actually abusive there would be no denying or discounting his violence.

Even if he never beat her he would have raged, broken furniture, punched walls, brandished weapons, threatened her - there wouldn't be, couldn't be, a total disconnect to violence unless someone is in total and complete denial...

Which is consistent with an abuse victim still IN or just leaving the relationship. Not years later with her abuser no longer in her life.
