I think that the defense attorney dropped by the closest Goodwill store and bought the largest jacket she could find for JA to wear in the courtroom.

Court made mention - Dr. Horn not be released from his subpoena as Defense may seek to recall him.

Counsel if you want a witness released - you must let me know @ end of testimony _ I will assume they will be recalled unless you say so.

Prosecution established blood only under casing. Court recessed until 10.30am.

(As an aside: I just don't get how any of the defense cross helps her. It was, imo, totally ineffectual. May be seeking to recall ME, girls. )

Was it clear that's what it was, from what you saw?

Absolutely clear. it was a cassette recorder, but not sure if digital or not. Could actually see the rings in the window of the tape. I can not believe they did that!
