I hope they let reporters tweet etc. Doesn't make sense when the case is being broadcast on TV. So annoying.

Glad I'm not the only one. Sheesh, and just when my twitch had started to get better.

I think the Anthony case has scarred all of us.

Ooooooooh, so that explains why my left eyelid is twitching.

it's the blood splatter expert I want to hear from. And a ballistics/firearm expert.

Believe it or not the striking of any keys, be it tablet or laptop or cell, is distracting

ETA: oops I missed the part that JA is asking??????

Dang, they don't have touch pads?

AND both CA & JA loved, loved, loved Photography

And the true. Victim. Lost/buried.
So that they can be portrayed. As the victim :furious:

For some reason, AZ trials rarely start on time. It was a joke in the Tammi Smith and Elizabeth Johnson trials.

Yup, they will start and then they will go on a break, IMO

What happened there

there were allegations of juror misconduct via facebook posting during deliberations
(unfounded but could have effected the guilty verdict )
also iirc there was also a juror out talking in public about the case (got the boot)

On HLN commentator saying Prosecutor had been saying shot first then stabbed for 2 years . . . now saying stabbed first then shot. Commentator feels this could give wiggle room for defense for "self defense".

Where can we find that picture???????

which picture, the one of his body that Jodi took or the one of his body the way LE found him?

Back to the pictures that someone asked about earlier...I thought that the photo of Travis sitting in the shower, obviously dead, was a photo that was taken by investigators 4 days later. I thought that the only ones that were taken by JA was the ceiling one and the face shot of him looking out and not looking very happy. Correct me please if I am wrong, but that was my understanding.

The victim has not been lost in this case and he won't. But trials are about showing evidence...evidence that points to the defendant. As disturbing as that may be, the state has to focus their attention on Arias right now. It's not like they can obtain a conviction another way. Once she is convicted and put away, there won't be any more focus on her.

I have a question and I cannot attach the photos at this time to help. Remember the picture with Travis sitting in the shower dead where you can only see his right arm?

Who took that photo?
Is he wearing a shirt?
Is he in fact dead in that picture or no?

Where did you see this picture?

I have done an internet search in an attempt to find the photo you are referring to. My search turns up the crime scene photos of the sink / vanity, shower, flip flops, bed, punching bag, washer / dryer, camera, Travis alive in the shower (the photo said to be the last photo of Travis alive).

I have seen the photo you are referring to. After seeing it, I had the same questions as you did.

For me, the puzzling aspect of this case isn't "is Arias guilty." The puzzling aspect is why did she kill Travis in such a brutal manner, and, take photos of it. Why did Arias drag Travis back into the shower? How did Arias murder Travis. We know that she stabbed him over twenty times, slit his throat, and shot him in the face - but in what order. How was Arias so confident that Travis' roommates would not come home? How did it take so long for Travis' roommates to detect the smell of his decaying body?

I cannot help but to wish that at some point Travis would have been able to over power Arias, and, get away.

This post is turning out to be longer than I intended. I would like to know if you (or anyone) knows where the photo of Travis in the shower (the one you are referring to in your post) can be found on the internet. Edit: This picture can be found in Thread 1 Post 984 (thanks to Cuckoohead).

the opening statement said there was also one of her dragging his body iirc

Shell casingin bathroom by sink w/congealed blood - TA had bled out prior to shell casing was dropped - looks like shooting occurred after stabbing - per Mike Brooks on HLN w/Vinnie P.

He further contends there would be a drop of blood on the shell casing unless the round was fired after a lot of heavy bleeding.

Thank you! I think that is where the confusion is, the pic of the body in the shower was taken four days later. What people are thinking is Travis right arm is actually his left leg. The white that people think is a shirt is actually the shower wall.
