With all due respect, I think killing your own daughter is much worse than stabbing a boyfriend to death. JMO

Agreed it takes a far more cold hearted killer to kill a 2 year old defenseless child that is your own flesh and blood. However, Jodi I believe is far more vindictive and cunning than Casey.

Both are running neck to neck for me.

Maybe some of the bruises were made by her beating him with the pistol?

chriswnews Travis Alexander's sister finally have enough. Leave #Arias courtroom. #JodiArias can't leave. Continues to cry

I thought she was wearing long sleeves and bandages

I meant her face. If he was as abusive as she claims she would have had wounds all over her body. But she didn't.

His poor sisters had to leave the Courtroom.

Usually see drawn out abrasions in dragging - these look like something hitting him before death. Left heel - tearing of skin vs. cutting abraided skin - abrasions. before death - bleeding.

Some sort of movement or force blunt force

Left foot - area by the heel (ankle) contusion or bruise - skin is intact - abrasion is where skin is torn.

Looks like a postmortem change not ante-mortem.

If individual is dead - not going to move around to cause this.

Exhibits #192 - 199

Ditto.

Not that finding dry remains of a 3-yr old isn't gruesome, but the differences between seeing a body that has been dead for only 5 days versus seeing just bones creates a different emotional response for the viewer. But this is JMO.

My god, the rage she must have had to take him down like that.

O/T - Anyone else notice how the lawyer next to JA is trying to sit as far from her as possible and has not provided one sympathetic look toward JA?

i can't imagine .... she just went on and on...
I don't blame her attorney....having to defend a monster

His sisters left the courtroom. I don't blame them. Poor things.

That's a much better description, thank you. I don't mean to compare the crimes, per se, but Jodi scares me more than Casey on a primitive gut level.

Filicide will always be the worst of the worst crimes for me. It defies what should be the most sacred of bonds.

Could she have been kicking him to have all the bruising on his legs and ankles??

It amazes me how she acts like she doesn't want to look at these pictures (even though I've seen her peeking many times) - CA did the same thing. They don't mind KILLING someone, but they can't bear to see the results of killing someone?

Cowardly.

How come some photos they're showing and some they aren't?

  • #478
Nine wounds same depth, all seeming to hit and stop at bone. You're going to run into bone unless you stab upwards through ribs, etc., I've heard.

The ME acts as if he doesn't know the knife and how much force was expelled
