Who else feels that Dr. Horn just messed up the defense's case with the fact that the bullet passed thru the brain.

They were probably going to go with the she shot him first then stabbed him b/c he kept coming after her or some stupid BS like that.

Hard to go with that theory when the bullet casing is laying in that bloody mess all bright and shiny. If she had shot him first, that casing would have been covered in blood.

actually it (even though I don't think he was shot first) doesn't matter what happened first. Both wounds would have made Travis loose consciousness. So she either slit his throat as he was laying unconscious or she shot him through the brain as she was unconscious.
