I have an O/T question......how do inmates get their hair cut? I mean, they aren't allowed scissors, right? Do they have access to cuts on a regular basis? I only ask because I see that Jodi has bangs.

Some prisons have a "barbershop" where certain prisoners are allowed to cut others hair. I don't for sure about AZ though. I believe they have had been on MSNBC Lockup but I can't remember.
