exhibit #271 - same pic as last - just different angle (shown in court)

#265 - another piece rope or tassle (looks like small tassles dark green or brownish in color?).

#266 item #3 placard - same as last pic

Pict show placards #2, #3, #4 - - 2 and 4 are hair fibers. (looks like brown ceramic tile floor)

#268 - Placard #43 - another piece of string tassle - on stairs leading up to bedroom

same piece of rope on stairs without placard.

Chosing to photo these items - up to Det direction to have someone take pics of these items. Attn was drawn to rope (tassle) thought might be of importance in this investigation.

Other bit of conversation w/JA- discussing emails .... recall JA saying he had said several mean things to her in emails..... about 1 1/2 years later actually looked @ emails.

Travis referred to her 3 hole binder, ,

Why was he upset? objection .....calls for speculation....approach

The tassels are an interesting piece of evidence. How did they get there? Didn't she already say that she would let herself be tied up by him? I thought he used this rope because it was gentler on her.

Just saying: she wanted more, he used her, she prolly thought she would wear him down with sex, and it didn't work. He moved on while still bedding her, and she got really mad.

I honestly never saw "rope" in those pictures....just little 1" or so decorative tassles. makes ya wonder why they are important? Strange unless they were attached to a length of decorative binding that they were referring to as a "rope". They remind me of tassle braid (gimph) on edges of a pillow - not the bigger tassles on the end of a cord usually used to tie back curtains

further proof she planned this imhoo... no way you tie someone up with a bedding tassel.

She most likely planted pieces of it to fit her story. (one of the versions anyhow)

Wonder if the ropes/tassels were tiebacks for curtains somewhere in the house. Could they have been used earlier during sex or did she somehow rope him up and stab him then untie him?

I have never heard of that 3 hole term before but someone must hve as this listing in the dictionary stated, who made that ?
