Does anyone know who is who in the courtroom watching? They look thoroughly disgusted, I wonder if they are Travis' friends and/or family.

Any guesses on what the trigger word is for her to start crying during this sad sad story.. I mean her attorney's opening??

Sex of ANY kind? Was he a Bill Clinton wannabe? :waitasec:

Is the defense going to try and blame this murder on the Mormons? The defense seems to be pressing the Mormon connection...

Alright, emu-dude, wanna rumble? On topic... I'm not sure where this DA is going.

I believe the defense is saying that Jodi was being used by Travis for secret anti-Mormon sex. She was his victim, so she choose to save her own life.

Jodi was easily controlled?? :what:

  • #148
So, according to the defense, Travis is the one who forced Jodi to have sex and totally controlled her? Wow.

  • #149
This lady is really outlining Jodi's motive for murder. Talk about premeditation!

Oh for gosh sakes, it's starting to sound like Fifty Shades of Jodi.

  • #152
Sounds like the only domestic violence was perpetrated by the defendant...not her murder victim.

Ashamed, my hiney, she was taking nude pics of both of them!! Give me a break, lady.

  • #154
I think Jodi forgot that she's supposed to be pretending to CRY not pretending to have a runny nose...LOL!

So Jodie had enough, Travis was seeing other women. Had enough of what? Being Travis' sex slave or had enough of him seeing other women? JMO.

  • #157
This opening is a sickening affront to all truly abused women. :furious:

  • #158
Jodi is working up a nice trout pout...maybe she took lessons from FCA.

  • #159
This is really getting deep, pun intended. She was so abused that she sought to visit him every chance she could and would be forced to do "phone sex"? All righty then.

Yeah that's right. I always use the rope, you know the soft kind of rope, the kind used to hold curtains back. That's what I use to put the fear of God into 'em and let 'em know I am dead serious about killing 'em.
