Dang, got a phone call and missed why judge called them to the bench.

Jodi was a suspect from the time of the 911 call. Now, here she goes, as do many guilty people, working hard to insinuate herself inside the investigation. She obviously never watched the sort of true crime shows many of us do!

Is there a link with audio? Both links at start of thread have no audio? Thanks

Lead Det on the stand. He states he responded when body was found. Det found out that Arias wanted to talk to him. He recorded his conversation with her while on the phone.

She is as good a liar as FCA! The words just flow out of her lying mouth!

I kind of disagree. I think she was a stalker and used her sexuality to access Travis. She seduced him repeatedly. He said as much. That he didn't see a lasting relationship but that it was hard to say no to a naked girl showing up and climbing into your bed. I think he didn't have the fortitude to say no but she is the one who used him.

Not only did she report the same caliber gun missing as the one used in the murder, but the police in California didn't believe her story then.

And it doesn't matter that the gun is missing. Her team essentially admitted that she killed him. He was shot so a gun was used Who brings a loaded gun to a passionate booty call? Why was the gun so accessible during that booty call? And who drives 10 hours or so for a spur of the moment booty call?

I think there is ample evidence that this girl was enraged over the Mexico trip, had stalked Travis for months and planned to murder him.

I also think that if she was a man and Travis a girl, there would be no question this was a premeditated, death penalty worthy murder.

They already did!!

I cannot get over how silly it looks when JA is standing next to her famale Atty and towering over her and then they sit down and JA drops nearly to the floor and her Atty's chair back is some 2 fet higher. I bet they must have a footstool under the desk for the Atty or her legs will be swinging like "RuthAnn" in the big rocking chair "and that's the truth ptthhhhh!"

Is this defense taking a page or two from Casey Anthony's debacle of a trial? Who can't see the backs of all the attorneys chairs are a good five inches higher than poor, lil, wouldn't hurt a fly JA?

If I didn't know any better I would swear they are the same person!

Wow, the lies flow right out of her mouth smooth as molasses.

Jury makeup info someone asked about earlier today:

"A panel of 12 jurors and six alternates were sworn in Thursday for the Jodi Arias murder trial.
Seven women and 11 men, ranging in age from a male who appears to be in his early 20s to several of retirement age will be deciding if Arias is guilty of killing her ex-boyfriend Travis Alexander."

they are playing her interview with detectives for those who couldn't watch.. she said he never drank caffeine and the detective said "there sure are a lot of diet cokes in the fridge" and she laughs and says that they are not his

next breath she says that she hasn't been there for a reallllly long time.. but then says she had planned on staying in his house while he was in cancun but it "wasn't in the budget"

JA claims they had a "don't ask don't tell" dating policy

riiiight

also: for someone who admits to killing someone she is cool as a cucumber in this interview  (she obviously would never have admitted to it unless she had to)

The male defense attorney shouldn't slouch. It's making him look shorter that JA.

On the live steam: is anyone else having it cut out?

In the recording the detective is asking about the bed.

Jodi is providing a lot of details about the mattress, how Travis got a really good deal on it etc.
Jodi is providing a detailed description of the sheets and duvet cover.

Killers often provide very detailed descriptions of things. IMHO

she is flirting with the detective in the phone interview!

(in my opinion anyhow)

Yep, she is actually giddy acting as she makes it known just how familiar she is with the bed.
