FWIW, my interpretation of this is that the tie-up material could have been curtain tiebacks and the tiebacks had a fringe of tassels. I have seen some just like this and it would explain some parts of the tassels coming off.

this jury is not sequestered and they are shooting for death? Gee they take a casual attitude when asking 12 people to take someones life, that is partly why i dont think they will get that, a guilty verdict most likely but not death, however each state is different so who knows.

There was another girl, not Mimi Hall who testified yesterday, can not remember her name, thought it was a Marie, but they were dating at the same time back in 2008. My memory is a bit off since I have not followed this case since way back then. She was his serious girlfriend. Actually I tried to look for her as I know she was quite active on the Friends of Travis Alexander but did not search back far enough to find her.

A Mormon Bishop once told me that he and his wife had gone to their Bishop for pre-marital counseling. Their Bishop advised them to come back with a list of 100 different things they had done together (with dates/times and experiences) before he would give them his blessing to marry. The idea behind it was to have couple experience as many different situations in which a variety of emotions would be experienced and to see how they would interact or react to each other. The list started out very exciting but by the end of the list they were writing "changed a light bulb together", "made tuna sandwiches together" etc.

Maybe the 1000 places to see was a twist on this idea. Maybe their Bishop (or someone from their church) made a suggestion to them when they were first dating and JA felt threatened that Travis might be completing his list without her?

I was being facetious about the French Maid outfit. I agree with Steely Dan that it was she who was pulling tricks out of the bag to keep him interested and playing sex games with him had been working for awhile.

yes they did a 48 hours on her plus extra did an interview w/ her too

I really don't see anything attractive about Jodi-she has little piggy eyes, and a pig snout nose and a fat mouth. That, to me is not goegeous, unless you are a male pig, maybe.

I don't think she is at all attractive. Also she has the same eyes as Charles Manson.

i believe it was Marie Alvarez she was the gf would recieved the harassing emails from jodi and who travis was with when his tires kept getting slashed

I hope the prosecution can bring in the pedophile letters supposedly written by Travis, that turned out to be forged by our lil princess.

I hope so too, that would undermine the defense's (current) strategy of trying to make Travis out to be this horrible human being and put the fault right back where it belongs. If a jury sees her sick, desperate, elaborate attempts at creating those letters "by Travis" that'll do serious damage to her defense. Hope the pros gets them in.

Maybe I'm a bit jaded for thinking this but what is unusual about a male wanting to see his lover dressed up as a French Maid??

I think to him she was a sex toy and nothing more. He couldn't ask a true blue Mormon woman to participate in sex before marriage. I believe he used her for his sexual needs and she thought she meant a lot more to him than she did. I think he told her whatever she wanted to hear in order to keep her coming to him. When he met Mimi he had to cut ties with her and all of the stringing along and lies came back at him. He had messed around with the wrong woman. She wasn't mentally stable enough to be played that way.

She should have flipped him the bird and walked away. If she really wanted to get him back she could have put the pictures of them having sex on the internet and ruin him within the church.

There is very, very rarely an excuse to kill someone. Like self defense. She is mentally unstable and took it worse than a normal woman would. This only a theory I have. I don't know.

I do know guys who did this to women while I was growing up. Some girls were booty calls and others were more serious. TA was a master salesman and that doesn't only help in the business world. It also helps in selling a woman a pack of lies. JMO

Thanks for the links, Steely! For months I've been anticipating watching this psycho on trial, but the show with Vinnie Politan following live trials is gone. Does anyone know what happened to that show?

No it was not her, the other girl I am referring to was not the girl who testified yesterday, she was more Hispanic looking and even had an Hispanic last name. I remember watching yesterday and am almost 100 % sure there was another girl who very much was interested in Travis, Mimi at least from her testimony did not seem to want anything more than friends.
