I think to him she was a sex toy and nothing more. He couldn't ask a true blue Mormon woman to participate in sex before marriage. I believe he used her for his sexual needs and she thought she meant a lot more to him than she did. I think he told her whatever she wanted to hear in order to keep her coming to him. When he met Mimi he had to cut ties with her and all of the stringing along and lies came back at him. He had messed around with the wrong woman. She wasn't mentally stable enough to be played that way.

She should have flipped him the bird and walked away. If she really wanted to get him back she could have put the pictures of them having sex on the internet and ruin him within the church.

There is very, very rarely an excuse to kill someone. Like self defense. She is mentally unstable and took it worse than a normal woman would. This only a theory I have. I don't know.

I do know guys who did this to women while I was growing up. Some girls were booty calls and others were more serious. TA was a master salesman and that doesn't only help in the business world. It also helps in selling a woman a pack of lies. JMO

I couldn't agree with you more. There are guys out there who do the booty call thing and string women along. In this case he played the game and lost.

I agree about her eyes... she has psychopath eyes. I don't know if she's a psychopath, but this description from Without Conscience applies to her perfectly:

Again, I have no idea what she may or may not be classified as, but she fits the bill. Her eyes are frightening, I can't imagine Travis being stared down by her in his last moments.

To better sum up my feelings on this I'll say this. In most murder cases there is a tendency to paint the victim as a saint who was killed at the hands of a satanic killer. I don't believe that TA was an honest choirboy.

If it had been the other way around I think it would be easy to paint him as a jerk. JMO

I don't want to broad brush people involved in multi-level marketing schemes, but I myself couldn't be involved in one. I think it takes a little too much willingness to look the other way about the ethical points of such companies.

Travis' friend who had them over for a weekend said she was creepy mysterious and soulless like you could look right through her, he was shaken by her he could tell something was not right. he said she would creep through the house never saying a word to anyone, eeek gives me the willies

I wonder what grounds the judge ruled them inadmissable. Didn't Jodie present them as written by Travis showing him to be a pedophile? Why not let the jury draw their own conclusion about who the true author is.
