I think she was agreeable because she saw it as a way to keep him happy. If she kept him happy there was a better chance of him marrying her. I'm not saying he did this, but he may have made comments like; "That was great. I wish I could have that for the rest of my life." or her asking if he was happy afterward and him saying something to the effect; "I've never been happier." Those are things that could be misinterpreted by any woman or man. JMO

Yep, I posted earlier that IMO she was pulling every trick out of the box to keep him happy and wanting more in order to hold on to him.

rope fragments from a tassle

I think they're saying it could be a piece of tassel from sandals or pillows. They never compared the tassel piece found with either the pillow or the slippers.

what was the jury question...mine started to buffer. I do have to say that I like in AZ that as a juror you can ask questions

Just a quick note .... I'm sorry for the offensive language in the transcripts....I was just typing what was said in court. I hope I haven't offended anyone and I just wanted to state these were no my words - rather words of the victim - according to the Atty's and the Detective.

I completely agree with you. This trial is going to be a lot more graphic than most of the cases we read about here. If someone is posting salaciously, then I can understand warnings, but just posting what has been said already in public records is another thing. Please don't take this as a snarky remark, but anyone who gets offended by "adult content" should probably not be viewing this thread as it is going to get pretty ugly by the end. I'm certain of that.

I just watched an episode of the good wife, which is set in Chicago, and the jury being able to ask questions was allowed but new

Mine keeps buffering too. Only when a question is asked or an answer's about to be given (excellent timing)!

I like the jury questions too. Think of the potential and unnecessary confusion that can avoided !

I remember watching a case in Michigan a few years ago, they allowed juror questions, but I don't think that was statewide-- the judge/court had to allow it case by case.

Hopefully all states will adopt this policy sooner than later.

I like how this witness speaks directly to the jury when answering questions.

I totally agree. It would be near impossible not to discuss adult content when the case evidence is loaded with adult content.

Ten minute break. I always "check in" just before a break

Talk about overkill, my goodness JA was mad. Stabbed him 29 times, slashed his throat, and shot him in the face. Why so much ?

True love according to wacko Jodi Arias

Why does this judge want to drag this out? Are they really done for the day?

This trial is addicting and I am not even watching the feeds, just reading live feeds and on here.

o/t - there is A LOT going on in your signature. I feel seriously inadequate. I mean SERIOUSLY. I'm going to develop an inadequate signature complex if I don't upgrade and at least put something flashy or funny in mine!

Typical AZ jury - more time off than on. We could be here for weeks :) Does anyone know how long the trial is expected to last?

At this rate, about 29 years.
