Missing From: New York City, New York

Missing Since: July 9, 1998

Age: 19 -- Height: 5'9" -- Weight: 130 lbs -- Hair Color: Brown -- Eye Color: Brown

Joel has a scar on the left side of his stomach.


Joel was last seen in the Corona area of the New York City borough of Queens on July 9, 1998. He has never been seen again, and the circumstances surrounding his case are unclear.
