still, it seems like a particular image with a particular discoverable etiology; and not like it was done purposefully by JD as AH’s lawyers seemed to be trying to suggest yesterday (I doubt he chomped it off with his teeth like a werewolf; and I don’t think he’d do something that sloppy with a knife).

Depp is now describing to jurors a photo taken by security guard Sean Bett. He says it's after he received a "roundhouse kick" from Heard.

Heard's lawyer said in her opening statement that a medical expert will be testifying to how it's not possible.

So I guess we'll see.

Thing is, I've listened to the full audio and not once does she hit back with "well you hit me first", or "what about the time you hit me". Pretty telling to me.

Depp is now acting out another incident when, he says, Heard attacked him physically. He says he, "put her in a bear hug to try and stop her from hitting me anymore."
