Jurors are now being shown texts between Depp and Stephen Deuters. Deuters's wife, Gina, was notably dismissed last week, after admitting she had seen other witness testimony in the media.

Rottenborn asks Depp about his drug use, which Depp admits he "found" drugs at an early age. A moment of levity then, when Rottenborn asks Depp if he's ever done pills with Marilyn Manson. Depp: I once gave Marilyn Manson a pill so that he would stop talking so much.

These texts being admitted via AH's defense aren't really anything new or surprising. JD has previously admitted under oath that he would say awful things about AH, he admitted to using drugs and alcohol. He admitted that their relationship was toxic. Nothing in this testimony so far has surprised me.
