OK, I feel I have to ask... is anyone else experiencing throttled/silenced audio during portions that someone thinks is too ugly for our virgin ears, lol?

They blocked out a sizable portion of Attorney Bredeshoff's description of the Bettany texts yesterday; and also dropped out a palpable amount of content of the texts (I assume) exchanged between Depp and Baruch today.

(I blame Amazon/FireTV, frankly, based upon relatively innocuous things they've censored in my Amazon reviews (!); but I'm willing to think it might be CourtTV or something else.)

Johnny Depp snickered in the courtroom as his childhood friend took the stand Wednesday morning in the actor's defamation trial against Amber Heard.

The court heard from Isaac Baruch, who had known Depp since they were teenagers growing up in Florida and has been described as his best friend.

Johnny Depp once spoke about Amber Heard's "rotting corpse," text messages revealed in court show.

In the text, Depp said he hoped Heard's "rotting corpse is decomposing in the f-----g trunk of a Honda Civic." Baruch corroborated the message was sent: "Yeah, it was written." Depp also texted about Heard: "That c--- ruined such a f-----g cool life we had for a while."

On Wednesday, Depp's longtime friend and neighbor Isaac Baruch took the stand in the actor's defamation trial against ex-wife Heard. During cross examination by Heard's lawyer Elaine Bredehoft, October 2016 text messages between Depp and Baruch were revealed, including one in which Depp referred to Heard's "rotting corpse."

Issac was a good witness however the guy does not have a clue if she covered up the bruises with makeup...I am sure Amber is very skilled in a natural makeup. Issac is also 100% dependant on Johnny for money...hasn't worked in a long time. Same with the sister. So far not impressed with Depp's case.

I had it on for awhile.....I ended up taking a nap. That was hardly worth 4-5 hours of 'testimony'. I'm sure the jury wanted to nap also. I was somewhat entertained with the earlier testimony of Isaac The Spirit Animal though.

I'm not sure why it was thought important to show/verify those videos today... maybe the answer will become more clear as time goes on?

All I know is I'm just biding time watching pieces of the case come together and we finally see AH wearing pants that are on fire. (As that's what all the best celebrity liars are wearing )

And, I'm hoping stylist/makeup artist Samantha McMillen will again testify about the non-existent black eyes AH had in December.

Depp was allowed to sue in Virginia because the Post's online editions are published through servers located in Fairfax County. The Associated Press reports that Heard's lawyers attempted to move the trial to California but Depp's lawyer said one of the reasons they brought the case to Virginia is the commonwealth's anti-SLAPP law is not as broad as the one in the Golden State.

LOL, I fell asleep until like 4:50 myself...

I just wanted to observe that as a past juror, I've sat trials where the judge has basically said, "You will probably be surprised by how tired you find yourself at the end of the day "just for sitting around and listening", but active listening is a whole different animal from passive; which is a big part of the reason days in court are scheduled to be short and concentrated."

I took away a totally different conclusion.
AH used him for the money ….the friend and the sister did not. I’m sure it was not easy being questioned by the defense and JD appreciated their testimony.
AH received 7 million in the divorce. But…still she wanted to destroy his career . Only then does she win.
