Ms Deuters was quickly removed from the witness stand, after a side bar. Judge questioned her, if she had watched any previous testimony regarding this trial, and she admitted to watching some of it online. She's OUT !
You can't un-ring that bell!

I don't think she's a big loss for JD's team.

James testifies about seeing #AmberHeard in May 2014 at the Chateau Marmont wearing a bathing suit. She did not see any bruises or red marks on her body. She described Heard and her friends hanging out. "It seemed a little conspiratorial...like a strategy meeting" #JohnnyDepp

Marriage counselor for #JohnnyDepp and #AmberHeard testifies she saw bruises on Heard's face. She saw the bruising in person and Heard also showed her photos of her injuries.

"Gina" Deuters is the next witness called. Deuters is a "freelance creator" who shoots and edits photos for social media. Between 2002 and 2016 she worked on CG effects on movies, including Pirates of the Caribbean 4. #JohnnyDepp #AmberHeard

Deuters says she is a good friend of Depp's. They met in 2005 at the premiere of Depp's movie Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Her husband has worked for Depp for 18 years, she says. #JohnnyDepp #AmberHeard

Deuters says she has seen Depp use alcohol and cocaine. Over the past 17 years, she says Depp has used cocaine about 20 times in front of her. (On how Depp acts when using cocaine) Deuters: I quite honestly can't gage much in his demeanor ... Nothing out of the ordinary.

Here is what I remember from the stricken woman's testimony. AH shook her head, and bad mouthed JD, treating him "like a child" while he was drinking alcohol while trying to hide it from her. And AH's friend Rocky handed out MDMA at their wedding celebration.

I won't forget that.
Either will the jury, I bet.

WATCH: #AmberHeard's team huddles looking at something on a phone. Sidebar. Judge then sends jury out. Judge asks Deuters if she has been watching the trial, she said yes, "clips" online. HER ENTIRE TESTIMONY IS STRUCK.

Not looking forward to AH testifying if it's anything like her deposition. She'll be up there with the likes of AaronH wife, Sabrina L and Jodi.

Seriously annoying, with many "I don't recall", "could you re-phrase that" and taking way too long to read something to 'refresh her memory'.

Basically just one of those faces you would like to........

Depp and Heard: A vicious combination of two beautiful celebrities with excessive money, fame, personality disorders, anger, ego, alcohol and drugs.

New details into the seemingly toxic relationship between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard emerged in court Thursday, including how the two of them were mutually abusive during a short-lived union that everyone around them seemed to disapprove of.
‘Mutual Abuse’: Counselor Offers Glimpse Into Toxic Depp-Heard Marriage
I don’t know how their former counselor could testify, unless they both agreed to it? Otherwise isn’t that privileged communication? If they did both agree to it, not sure if it was a good idea!
Hopefully someone can set me straight. :) TIA

I was wondering about that too. I think they must've had to agree.

I also wonder if the same applies to employees testifying. Pretty sure they would've had to sign a NDA.

I watch the trial via youtube also. I have found it to be the best video coverage, but also noted the huge fan club atmosphere in the chat. I shut the chat down so I don't have to see them yackity-yack. It's easier that way to 'turn off the noise,' allowing me to get my own personal impressions.

I am certainly no fan of Hollywood personalities in general. I find all ( or most) to be a giant snobs, with hypocritical values thrown in for good measure. See the recent Oscars for proof. Neither of these two yahoos..(AH and JD) show me the picture of the virtuous pure marriage partner. They both are failures in that department, IMO. Each of them has a huge EGO problem, and their viciousness towards each other appears in different ways.

JD may not "win" this case, but he is doing all he can to repair his image ( EGO ) . It's his turn at bat, after the huge home run hit outta the park by AH. So far, I have seen a few swings and misses during this trial. But this will be a long long drawn out trial, with extra innings.....

True enough, but if JD loses he's going to be in worse shape than before he started filing lawsuits. IMO

Yes, behavioral consequences.
