Johnny Depp's texts to his doctor about Amber Heard are revealed during defamation trial | Daily Mail Online

"Johnny Depp sent texts to his private doctor saying Amber Heard is 'as full of s**t as a Christmas Goose,' the jury heard on the fourth day of his $100million defamation trial.

Depp appeared in court with a new look Monday morning. The 58-year-old actor had his locks pulled back in a sleek ponytail and wore dark shades.

His ex wife Amber Heard, 35, appeared with her blond curls swept to the side and wore a black suit.

The court watched pre-recorded video deposition from Dr. David Kipper, a Beverly Hills doctor who treats celebrities for addiction and whose previous clients have included Ozzy Osborne. Depp hired him to treat him for opioid addiction in May 2014 and engineered a plan whereby he would detox on his island in the Bahamas.

Kipper was asked about texts he exchanged with Depp. On March 7, 2015, Depp wrote, 'Hi f*ck man had another one. I cannot live like this. She is as full of s**t as a Christmas Goose.

'I'm done. NO MORE!!!! Constant insults released from a malicious evil and vindictive c*nt!!!!! You know what's far more hurtful than her venomous and degrading educational ranting??? Her hideously and purposely hurtful tirades and her 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 shocking treatment of the man she was meant to love above all.'

Dep continued: 'Here's the real deal mate…her obsession with herself is far more important. She is so f**king ambitious!!!! She's so desperate for success and fame. That's probably why I was acquired, mate. She has hammered me with what a sad old man has been I am."

Probably the best & most telling picture of AH.
Love it.

My takeaway from trial today:
The judge and Heards' team really really really don't want the jury to hear the....' Amber threw a glass bottle at Johnny and sliced his finger off ' story.

But the jury has heard it! LOL
The more they protest about it, the more the jurors ears hear. And, eyes see. IMO

Right now in this trial, Amber might as well be holding up a dead bunny...

Does Johnny taking the stand tomorrow signal the end of the Plaintiff's case ?

I'd assume the jury would hear additional testimony and evidence (after JD's testimony) showing how AH's lies harmed his career, but ???.

Traditionally I should think it would be the end of a generic plaintiff’s case, the culmination… either way, IIRC Amber’s 81-person (!) witness list is nuts, IMO. Her lawyers seemed to have basically listed everyone he already called (isn’t that what rebuttals are/were for? I admit I don’t know a ton about civil trials, though); and I really doubt she’s going to get much in her favor out of people like his sister Debbie, lol.

Then again, the judge announced today that one juror would get a note for work saying the trial might last six weeks; and presumably that is when she already had some inkling that JD might be called tomorrow.

So now I’m not sure what all they are thinking will take such time.

I don’t know, this is where I think our medical peeps might come in handy because I don’t love any of these explanations; and I think any of them might be coverups, because I remember this incident fairly well when it hit the gossip columns because the explanation from his team made no sense; and as was recently recalled to us in the UK trial, his team offered plenty of explanations.

Some of them they in fact offered while admitting they knew at the time in the emergency room the doctor didn’t believe them, which leads me to; can’t doctors somewhat tell causation by the break/wound/shear/slice? Which direction the impetus of injury came from, and so forth?

It's not uncommon for the accuser to testify early on in the prosecutions case.

If the defendant takes the stand it's typically at the end of the defenses' case.

The next witness called is Keenan Wyatt, a sound technician. Wyatt says he is good friends with Depp, and has known him for more than 25 years. They have worked together on "dozens" of films, including all five Pirates of the Caribbean movies. #JohnnyDepp #AmberHeard

def trying to imply the sound guy/20 year friend of Depp is overpaid and part of that pay is for his silence about what a monster Depp is. I suspect the jury is buying just about as much of that line of bull as me.

It appears desperate to me. MOO
