If JonBenet was already dead then the bruises on her neck should not appear.


The coroner says her death was due to strangulation, 1st, and oxygen deprivation 2nd due to the head blow.

Since we are talking about a staged crime-scene its likely what you think you see is wrong.

I reckon both the head blow and the ligature strangulation is staging, with the latter finishing off JonBenet.

The wine-cellar crime-scene, all the contents, the ransom note and the Ramsey version of events is all fake and staged to hide what really happened!

The way I see this happening is JB was grabbed by the collar, then twisted it resulting in the triangular bruise you see on her neck and the scratch marks. JB turned to get away and then was smacked on the back of the head. This is a crime of passion. The rest was staging.

A garrote is not that common a way of murdering someone in my opinion. One thing to note is John spent time in Philippines and historically it was used for executions in Philippines. In fact a major moment in the country’s history was when 3 priests were executed using a garrote. I don’t think they have used that form of execution for 100 years though but it is in their history. The priests executed that way was major point in their history.
