It is clear to me that this is the work of a serial satist prepudescent child killer. The absence of semen ,and or spermicidal lubricant from a condom indicate this was a foriegn object penetration. this being said, The primary motive for the crimes was not sex. Children that are abducted at this age are generaly the victem of a pedaphile who kills for the first time and are ussualy caught very quickly. This does not appear to be the case here. If we look at the so called ransom note you gain an insight into the mind of a serial killer:

This serial killer seems to be preoccupied with violence towards children; he mentions violent acts toward Jon Bonet in the note repeatedly. Some one does'nt wake up one day and commit a crime like this; he has done this before. The olny other crime I am aware of that is similar to this is the abduction is and murder of jaqalyn dowiby of Midloathian Ilinois 1988. The cases are strikingly similar. The girls are the same age ,sex, and the M.O. is Identical.

A serial killer? Ummm I don't think so....I haven't heard of a single other case of a child murdered in her own home, garrotted, head bashed and a 3 page "ransom note" left behind.

But perps with certain common denominators in their psyche, and histories of violence. This would include perps involved in other assaults and murders of young girls. The Dowaliby relative suspect was a paranoid schizophrenic. I wonder if the police even bothered trying to find his DNA. The persecution of the Dowaliby's was influenced by Daley Jr's. upcoming election for mayor. He wanted the case solved and he wanted the credit and there were too many suckups willing to do whatever it took to get the parents.

There were many similarities in the two cases with the rush to judgment by law enforcement to get the parents. They even had a seminar in Denver after JBR was murdered, for law enforcement on the Dowaliby case.

One difference in the two cases is the Access article that appeared in the Boulder Camera on the first page of the business section 4 days before JBR was murdered. It portrayed John Ramsey as a billionaire. You had a rich executive, with a young beauty queen daughter---all the ingredients for a kidnapping---a kidnapping that could have gone bad.

In the Dowaliby case, you had a mentally ill relative that was attracted to young girls.

Given the nature of the injuries to JBR and the verbose ransom note, I'd venture that JBR's killer is also mentally ill and attracted to young girls.

With the physical evidence that we have, someone wanted LE to think it was sexually motivated. Then when you look at the rn, numerous motives appear. Money (and very little for a self-made millionaire), the foreign faction who had a problem with the United States (in general as they didn't state their reasons in this long winded missive), and finally, he/they just wanted to hurt John Ramsey.
It's when I looked at all of this that I came to the conclusion that whoever killed her was part of the household. Motive does not matter because there was no motive. It wasn't an intentional killing.

I totally agree! And I don't think that it was an intentional killing, either. Accident turned cover our butts, because prison is not a nice place to be, and it's hard to travel while you are there....and what would our friends think.

Whoever harmed JonBenet has to be evil and probably was harming other children even if it was molesting or going along with molestation of others, and might not hesitate to kill again if need be and whether or not the victim is adult or child. If there was an intruder, I think it was someone known to the family and who was sadistic and jealous of the money along with being a pedophile or was trying to cover up that they were involved with harming children. I think it's possible that it was the parent of another older abused child who might have been acting out sexually with JonBenet due to having frequent access to her.

I'm thinking along those lines. I think it might have been rage fueled physical abuse with unintentional killing turned we've got to cover our butts because they'll never believe it was an accident when they see these marks on her face, neck and back...
