I can: it's the same as drugs. The person selling it may not be a user of it. What HOTYH is saying, (and I KNOW he'll get after me if I'm wrong) is that with child smut, there are dealers and users, just like with drugs.

JBR's attacker had access to JBR for perhaps hours. During that time, JBR was apparently redressed from what she was originally wearing. She had a neck ligature and a multi-looped wrist/leg ligature. The possible combinations of possible activities unfortunately soar to include molestation without injury (most common), child , sadism, AE. All because of the time and the ligature restraints.

RDI was there, saw everything, so they know what happened. I wan't there, didn't see anything, so I don't know what happened. All I know is what is possible to have happened given the time and the equipment.

Ok ... well within any IDI scenario it could have played out as expoitation/sadism/AEA gone wrong.

I was more so wondering about gratification. Sure it could be condsidered that photographs, video was taken, if one were to consider that JBR was held for hours.

It's just that the SFF scenario, the vendetta scenario ... as far as motives/psychological makeup go .... it's twisted - not typical ....but driven by action.

I didn't HAVE to be there, HOTYH! Over the last few years, we in America have been absolutely bombarded with children murdered by pedophiles. I can name them: Danielle Van Dam, Samantha Runnion, on and on. And not ONE of them even REMOTELY resembles what happened to JB. A fact which Nancy Grace was nice enough to remind Lin Wood of when he tried to pull that garbage. (That incident had a fair bit to do with my conversion, because it was really the first time I saw what an a**clown Lin Wood is.)

A child found murdered had a paintbrush shoved up her vagina. Who says, you? Experts said nothing. At autopsy, Dr. Meyers not only would have paid special attention to his findings in his examination of that part of the body, including taking slide samples (were there any paintbrush fragment in those slides??), but he brought in a pediatrician with credentials to examine the body and autopsy results, as well, so there is no question: Where did anybody say anything about a paintbrush?





We've had numerious doctors and professional RNs go over this with us. Dr. Wecht wrote extensively about it in his book on the case. Many experts have read the autospy, also, and NOT ONE EVER HAS SAID THERE WAS NO PRIOR VAGINAL INJURY, not that I've seen, anyway. They KNOW the difference between a structural anomaly and EROSION. No matter what argument you believe about how it happened, this is NOT some "disfigured nose".

And bubble bath does NOT erode the rim of the hymen.

I swear, the things people come up with to avoid the obvious: What a coincidence that this child was being assaulted by her own bubble bath, and how LUCKY for the PEDOPHILE KILLER who only wanted to jam a paintbrush up his victim while undressing, cleaning her up, and redressing her, not to mention, HANDwriting a long ransom note IN THE HOME because the RAMSEYS would be sure to use a computer!

Considering the use of the broken paintbrush in the crime and the shards that were found at the crime scene, along with the bleeding and abrasion in the vagina, it's a reasonable guess, Wha? a minute ago JBR was being assaulted by the paintbrush, now its a 'reasonable guess' she was, even though no expert said anything about splinters, shards, or the paintbrush? though without a trial and expert testimony, all we have is a reasonable guess.
