JBR's attacker had access to JBR for perhaps hours. During that time, JBR was apparently redressed from what she was originally wearing. She had a neck ligature and a multi-looped wrist/leg ligature. The possible combinations of possible activities unfortunately soar to include molestation without injury (most common), child pornography, sadism, AE. All because of the time and the ligature restraints.

RDI was there, saw everything, so they know what happened. I wan't there, didn't see anything, so I don't know what happened. All I know is what is possible to have happened given the time and the equipment.

Sure someone who takes photos is a sexual offender, but perhaps not a pedophile. The pedophile didn't need to be there. The idea that a pedophile never exploited JBR in some way may be an assumption on your part, and totally conflicts with the apparent nature of the crime: a 6 year old female that was sexually assaulted, strangled, and headbashed.

And apparently you haven't taken the time to read any of the interviews, autopsy report, or do any research on this, either.

Other than that...I was just clarifying for you that NEDRA is the one that said that JB had been "molested just a little bit", it wasn't something that RDI's pulled out of thin air. Read the autopsy report...if you haven't already...and you will see that there wasn't hardly any damage done to her private area. She would have been SO messed up in that area, if it had of been a true pedophile that had did it to her. The paintbrush handle was inserted "with care". Nedra was her grandmother, she would have known what sort of damage was done to her. IF ANYTHING...to help the Ramsey's point the finger at an intruder...she would have said that JB had been molested alot that night, if that had of been the case. Obviously it wasn't, or she would have said so.

No, you are wrong. The ME did say that it was inserted carefully. I am trying to find that article right now.

And anyway...if you read the autopsy report...you wouldn't even need to read that article. There was hardly any damage, so it would have had to have been inserted more carefully, than forcefully (something that a pedophile would do).

RDI scenarios describe something that could've happened any day of the year. Why December 25? 'Holiday stress' doesn't wash, because the holiday was over. 'They were going to take a trip' doesn't wash, because everybody knows that if you call LE with a ransom note and a dead child, they're not going to let you leave town for a while.

December 25 abounds with trivia and apparently I researched it and you didn't.

Just one problem with that HOTYH: I never claimed to be an expert. I cannot think of an instance where I referred to myself as an expert. You'll have to remind me. I don't know if I want to know b/c I was once a boy and not a girl, but um, is it possible, if these alleged facts about hymens are correct, that JB got them from another playmate playing doctor, or masturbation or sticking things up there herself, or perhaps cleaning after some bm accident? Additionally, is it possible to establish how much back in time would result in these chronic inflammation, perhaps say 3 days back, when JB may have been with a hypothetical Santa Claus?
