Can someone please explain to me what he is talking about?? I live in the area, and I am clueless. As far as I know, the Spanish speaking folks use the same court system that everyone else uses.

Love it! As far as I can tell JB has a problem communicating in any language which DOES explain why no one knows about him! Wasn't Able Lincoln that said one should remain silent rather than open their mouth and remove all doubt......something like that.....

what is so very very sad is it is about an innocent child---would never use those terms to describe a criminal case...he really needs to check in with someone before he utters anything....
