JB - I think you had better develop a new game plan here because not too many people are buying what you are trying to sell. I guess it's a defense attorney's job to actively protect his client, but I really don't understand how you sleep at night. It sickens me to see you misrepresent the efforts of LE as you have. Each time you appear my partner and I scream a word at the TV which I will not repeat here due to the no name calling policy. Time for a new approach?

He would have told her right out of the gate that if she did kill Caylee she should not tell him, he doesn't want to know. He can defend someone he knows is guilty, but he cannot enter anything he knows to be untrue as evidence or witness testimony. As long as she doesn't say she did he can presume she didn't and admit any nonsense they can come up with.

Caylee is not his concern, not his client, and really irrelevant in his world. He has a high profile case, his face on TV, and hopes to beat the charges in court. The immunity offer has been on the table since late July, she has nothing to say that will bring her home.

He was actually going to come up either today or tomorrow and bring a couple of the videos I guess for me to watch from some of the news stuff that’s been going on, I guess some of the talk shows. Just to try to update me on some of the stuff. Plus he wanted me wanted me to get a good laugh.

This guy is sick. He had better shut up before he finds himself being charged with child endangerment. To imply that Casey knows where Caylee is but no one is trying to get her back means that they are either willfully endangering her or they are jerking the police around. Either is illegal - yes it is, a kid here got arrested for making repeated 911 calls, so I think this is even worse!

Anything else means that his client knows where Caylee's body is, and the only reason not to tell LE is b/c she had something to do with it.

He's not as smart as he thinks he is.

Does JB honestly think him bashing LE is going to change the circumstances of Caylee's disappearance? Did they do arrest her again in this manner for show? Probably. Do I care how they did it? Not at all. She is suspected of commting crimes. They have the right to take action to hold her accountable. He obviously could care less where Caylee is, if all he is going to do is stand there and whine about LE. I understand he is her attorney, but just exactly what does he think LE is going to do. It seems to be LE are doing everything possible to get her to talk. I can't bash him for keeping any pertinent info regarding Caylee's whereabouts to himself as that is his job as the attorney. I seriously doubt he knows anyway, but DO NOT try and turn this around on anyone. This is all Casey's fault. IF on the off chance Caylee is alive and JB knows where she is, then SHAME on him and he should be held accountable.

Jose is turning into Mark Geragos. If the focus is only finding Caylee, which it should be, then why did we need the speech about what the cops are doing?

If Casey knows where Caylee is and Casey fears that Caylee is in danger or her family is in danger if she says anything, then why does she speak at all? If she's telling her attorney things and if she has tried to tell the police things but they haven't listened to what she's (supposedly) trying to tell them, which is what Casey and Cindy claim, then I think there are ways of handling this type of problem and Caylee should have been home by now.

I feel that we will know the truth soon, with or without Casey telling it.

I think Jose wishes he could turn into Marc Geragos. Geragos was a GOOD attorney. Baez needs to go back to school.

You realize that ANY attorney who broke this rule would be disbarred and likely never be able to work again, right?

I agree that this is beyond frustrating, but like it or not, the laws are the laws and the rules are the rules and the players in this drama-rama cannot go and change the laws & rules just because people don't 'like' it.

IF, for instance, Casey told Baez where Caylee's body is, Baez CANNOT go to LE and tell them what he knows. He can try and talk his client into telling LE, confessing, or a myriad of other things, but HE HIMSELF cannot say anything, even if it's eating him up inside. Well I guess he CAN, but he will be disbarred, lose his job, AND never practice law again, ever. I understand that would be worth it to many, perhaps even most of the population reading these boards, but that's the fact of the matter.

Do you all remember the O.J. case? Do you remember the 2 years of spin there? 'Spin' and 'posturing' is part of the criminal legal game. It's done everyday in both large and small ways, in every state in the country.

Caylee is dead and has been deceased for at least 9 - 10 weeks now. Nothing is going to bring her back alive. Yes, she needs a proper burial, but she is already safe in God's hands.

Casey is over 18 and see how her mother still wants to control the show...furiating!!

Yup, I can see there are issues throughout this case with Very Bad Boundaries.....you can see that from the start. It is very telling of how The Anthonys operate. There is a sense of entitlement- IMO

You know, I just realized that I have been assuming that Casey is telling JB the truth to help build her defense. What if Casey is lying to JB as well. You can't turn on / off being a pathological liar. What if JB has been pulled into her lies like so many before him. He is not super clever or suavy (otherwise he would have attended a more prestigious law school) and could be trapped in Casey's web like everyone she has dealt with. Casey isn't capable of telling the truth.

I bet JB doesn't know the truth anymore than we do.

Why do they imply that Casey knows where Caylee is and then in the next breath suggest that LE is not doing anything to find her.
If they know where she is why do they need anyone to search.
And he implies this when he says, " you are assuming that Casey doesnt know where Caylee is"? (When asked about why Casey isnt showing concern).

You can't accuse everyone of not searching for Caylee or not focusing on Caylee if you are also saying Casey knows where she is.
There is nothing to search for if Casey knows where she is and wont say.

The reality is Casey does know where she is, (her body), and she will never say.
And that is forcing LE etc, to search everywhere to find evidence of her death by finding her body.

I mean even when they say, there are things JB cant tell us..that doesnt hold up if they know where Caylee is.
Why dont Cindy and Goerge stop showing concern too..I mean if Casey knows where she is and behaves as if she is in good hands, then what is all the fuss about by the inner circle.

You cant have it both ways and expect to garner sympathy for the cause.

Now that this is all settled, everyone can go back to their regularly scheduled lives...OH RIGHT...that little thing about decomp. And that little matter of the bill OCSO will be presenting to Casey for the cost of all of this drama for the last two months...

EXACTLY they think Casy has put them in debt now.... if this cirus has went on this long and they know where Caylee is ....BILL THEM give them 7 days to pay in full or produce Caylee!

for those who havent seen the new conference Jose held outside of the Anthony home last night after Caseys arrest he has now stated that Casey knows where Caylee is..So if she knows who has her and where she is why the heck are they not going to get her, makes absolutly no sense.
