Josh allegedly visits strip club after wife disappearance?

If any "medications" are involved that would make this story credible, the boys might have needed to sleep, then LE has the details. This might be smoke and mirrors, but also might be sending a message with a special meaning for Josh and his future. I have a problem with it being "breaking news" at this point.

I think this is one of those "let's see how Josh spins this on his web page" police leaks.

The boys could have been at home with Susan. When he goes home from the strip club is when the chit hits the fan.

"A bartender at the Duces Wild exclusively tells KSL Newsradio a man, whom she later identified as Powell in several pictures provided by police, made sexual advances toward her then turned belligerent with her and other customers in the afternoon of Dec. 7."

My comment: Josh arrived home after camping at 5:00 PM on December 7, 2009.

I don't think the bartender and stripper are making this story up! I believe, when they realized it was Josh Powell who came into their club, they talked to the police right away.

Just because the police didn't inform the public about this doesn't mean it isn't true. After all, they haven't told us much of anything! Now that this story has hit the paper, perhaps some of the patrons who were there at the time will come forward and speak to the police.

I believe the stripper and the bartender got tired of waiting for the police to announce the findings of their forensic investigations and finally decided to go to the media!

I believe the police specifically requested that they NOT inform the media and as each day passed without an arrest, these witnesses got more and more frustrated and finally decided to talk to the media anyway!

Josh Powell is an odd fellow and these strip club employees would absolutely remember him, especially since he was in their establishment for two hours!

Why would Josh Powell be in a strip club after allegedly murdering Susan? Was he so horny that he just couldn't help himself? Did the argument the night before, resulting in Susan's death, have to do with Susan rejecting Josh sexually AGAIN, even though he went far out of his way to make her pancakes and eggs, cover her with a blanket and be exceptionally sweet?

Could Josh have been high on methamphetamine, a drug that can make men very horny, especially if they haven't used it that much? Could that be why it took him so long to make the meal? Because he was tweeking and confused? Could that be why he took the kids out sledding at 5:00 when the day should have been winding down? Is that why he was still awake at 12:30 AM to go camping?

Could Josh have had on his computer and not want Susan to find out? Is that why he wouldn't let her use his computer?

I have to say, your argument for meth use is becoming more convincing. It would explain a lot. Who goes camping at midnight? Someone strung out on meth. It is starting to fit.

For all we know, the cameras weren't working for a week, a month, a year. Maybe they are fake altogether. I doubt they would want to admit that.

If this story is true, then I'd agree there's speed involved, and not so much on the highway.

Susan might have caught a glimpse of a computer screen or looked at some cookies she wasn't supposed to while he was out sledding. I'm sure her job was constantly adding to her computer skills so they would eventually surpass his.

Well isn't this certainly special :loser: It would not surprise me one bit, I wonder where the boys were ? Did Josh ever leave like in and out and back in like he was checking on the boys ? 2 hrs is a long time for someone not to notice little children in a car left alone, I wonder if they have their days mixed up and perhaps it was the following day when Josh took off in the rental car by himself and was gone for 24 hrs, that is when he left his kids with his sister I believe.

If this is true it would be my opinion that LE is letting this leak out to see if any other patrons of the bar may come forward and say they saw him to, trying to firm that up for timeline purpose's. Patron's in the club are so busy looking at T and A they may need a little poke to jog their memory.

Lets hope other people come out of the woodwork that said he was there.

The sources/witnesses may very well have had conversations about calling the media for awhile then as a group finally decided to talk. After all, I am sure Josh's being there, especially since this case has been in the news so much, was a topic of frequent conversation.

It is clear that at least one of these witnesses decided to call the media and when the reporter arrived, he/she was able to get statements from other people who were there when Josh was there.

It could be the reporter asked the person who they initially spoke with if there were others who would be willing to go on the record and verify the story and it was arranged that certain individuals would make themselves available for the interview.

Whatever the case may be, I am GLAD these people finally contacted the media! I just hope more of the people who were there that day will speak up. Unfortunately, it was a STRIP CLUB and not just a bar which may prevent some witnesses from coming forward due to not wanting to embarrass themselves or their friends and family members.

Well if I was a stripper at that club I'd be looking for a club with better protection. What kinda strip club owners and bouncers let someone come in and harrass the employees and fellow customers? The fact Josh didn't wind up with a black eye and on his butt in the parking lot tells me this story is most likely not true.
