Josh allegedly visits strip club after wife disappearance?

EEeeeew! Both the ringworms and placing Lysol or Pine-Sol directly on your skin, but good to know. Did it kill the ring worm? I know we all have some parasites, but I've watched that show "Eaten Alive" and either have to turn the channel or start scratching. There was one guy who had a worm right above his bellybutton, burrowed in and out....he kept it there and named it George til he started having bad reactions. Can you imagine?
I would imagine both could burn the skin, but they are very toxic if ingested...I think Pine-Sol would affect the nervous system, don't know about Lysol...except I can't stand the smell of it. I would think the house or van would reek if either was used undiluted. God forbid if the kids were exposed to that.

Yes, the Pine-Sol killed the ringworms. I had NO clue those kittens had it!

Josh didn't have the red hands until after he returned the rental car. Pine-Sol is pretty strong, especially if not diluted properly. Did he smell like Pine-Sol when Tim Peterson took him to pick up his van from the police department? I think not or Tim would have mentioned it.

I have NEVER heard of a male not wanting to have sex with their wife because of being worried about germs! Was this just an excuse because he isn't attracted to women?

Is Josh Powell attracted to men?

Is Josh Powell attracted to children?

Did Josh's maternal grandmother (SC's mom) attempt to take the kids away because she suspected they were being abused?

Is this multiple generations of abuse?

I don't know about that. It was Steve Powell's mother who took the children and moved away, concealing her whereabouts from Steve's father.

"At an early age my mother made a unilateral and secretive decision to separate from my dad, and moved with my brother, my sister and me to Chillicothe, Ohio. Pregnant at the time with my younger brother, she suffered through a miserable trip from Oregon to Ohio. My dad found us after a few months, and my parents reconciled." In my opinion, after the reconciliation went sour, Steve's grandparents and his father conspired to hide Steve and his siblings from Steve's mother so she wouldn't take off again.

Sorry, that's what I meant. Josh's grandmother, Steven Powell's mother - why did she take the kid, while pregnant, and try to move away? In that day and age, she probably had little means of support, yet she tried to run away all the way to Ohio. She didn't walk out and leave young Steven. She took him out of the situation. While pregnant.

Then she was talked into or coerced into coming back. But only until the grandparents and father could get the kids.

Am I just missing the posts that shows this family line? Maybe I'm just surfing these threads while tired.

Powell appears to be an extremely common name in Idaho and even Elmo Powell, although it sounds odd to us today, seems to have been a very common name nationwide in its era.

I searched a few today and didn't find an obvious connection. That doesn't mean there isn't one, of course.
