Josh Duggar Admits Molesting Girls As A Teenager in 2006 *report released 2015* #4 *Dismissed*

Love that reference!!

Thanks -- (OT) there really should be a thread on him here. It's very suspicious that neither Howard, Marion, Richie, or Joanie have ever reported him missing, even though nobody's heard from him in about 40 years.

Seriously ! She can go back with him knowing he was screwing a prostitute?

I doubt if it will work. Is her family thinking there will be cA$h somehow with the Duggars rising from the dead?

It is there culture. You don't divorce. And it's always the woman's fault. To divorce would be super shameful. For most people the opposite is true. But not these people.

You took the words right out of my mouth. It is all about the money and this is the back door way of getting the Duggers back on TV.

We know JB and M will wiggle back in. Being at the birth and waving at the airport.

I knew this hiatus from the Duggers would not last long. TLC made a ton of $$ on the Duggers so they want them back as quietly and quickly as possible.

When they were talking about it on the radio news here (NYC metro), it sounded like everyone would be involved...minus JD. The whole idea of them getting back on tv in light of what's happened makes me ill. TLC must be as desperate as the Duggars for money.

I really, really hope that this backfires on TLC and the ratings are so low that the whole show gets thrown out the window. I just don't understand how these 'nobodies' can have a platform, an opportunity to make a lot of money and the real heroes such as 911 firefighters and policemen have to fight to get their medical bills paid.

I don't have a MSM article to link to, but gossipy sites are posting that Anna left her home and is with her parents, at least for now.

Makes sense with Josh in rehab or otherwise MIA. Not only is being a single mom to four stair-step pre-schoolers a heavy load for someone so young, I am guessing that income has to be stretched pretty thin at this point. Worries me if the kids are indeed being split up--as someone suggested.

Reminds me of the times I grew up in when women frequently married with little in the way of higher education or job/career experience, and quickly became immersed in child-rearing. If hubby turned out to be a louse, women were frequently chained to the marriage out of simple economic dependence. A lot of women put themselves out by delaying child-bearing, or doing dual duty as career women and full-time parents just to establish a meaningful role for women in the workplace (with something akin to equal pay, and battling the hiring preference for men--who had families to care for). It is rather sickening to see then what the Duggars and others are working to accomplish by turning back the clock.

Anna is a prime example. Not only is she left high and dry by a husband with multiple issues, but she was robbed before she even married of any meaningful means of self-support.

Hey, TLC! How about a show featuring Anna? You could call it something like 4 Kids and a Loser Dad. Or maybe something more serious like Escaping Quivering. Now, there's a show people would watch.

Ugh.

TLC specials to focus on Duggar daughters Jill and Jessa

Production begins soon on the programs, announced Thursday, with an anticipated airdate by year-end for at least the first of them. Two or three are currently planned, the network said.

So far untitled, they will feature Jill Dillard, 24, who, with her husband, Derick, and their infant son are preparing to move to El Salvador for missionary work, and sister Jessa Seewald, 22, who with her husband Ben is expecting their first child on Nov. 1.

"What we will be following in these specials is Jessa preparing for her first child," TLC Executive said, "and we'll be watching Jill preparing to make a major move to Central America with her family, which we know is something our audience will be interested in."

The project, Daniels said, came together quickly "after talking with the girls and understanding that this was something they wanted to do.

Ugh is right. And TLC, actually I am not interested in the least little bit and am frankly appalled that you are doing this.

Exactly! And let's not forget that when a boy or man abuses or cheats, the onus is put on the female or wife.

Yes, just like women in the Middle East have to cover up lest they tempt a man.

I say," Cuff em Danno!"

If they are so horny, they cannot live among us. Set the women free!

I'm pretty sure he's the Fonz ;)

I heard that too. Maybe a little distance from the duggars will help. But only if her parents are horrified at Josh's behavior.

Would you want your daughter living with him???????

Would you want your daughter living with him???????

Most people wouldn't, but I guess it depends on how invested in Anna's father is in the Quiverpoop ideology.

But... The Fonz is 5'6 and Chuck is (or was) 6' 3.

Watch out... someone will find a pic showing they're the same height!

As Anna's parents and adult sibling(s) may be, my fear would be JD would assault his own daughters!

The things he has already done are so beyond any concept one had of him, who knows what is next?

My opinions only.

With a decent lawyer, possibly outside of Arkansas, Anna could receive an annulment. Should be less shameful than a divorce!

The two of them did not enter the same type of relationship on the day of their wedding.

(Edited to clarify: I don't think Josh's definition of "marriage" is close enough to ours to use the term in this discussion, so reworded.)

I wish I believed it was possible...

http://radaronline.com/celebrity-ne...g-intervention-divorce-husband-report-claims/

While Josh Duggar hides away in a religious treatment center Anna Duggar is facing enormous pressure from her family to leave him — and a new report claims they’re planning an intervention to get her out of the troubled marriage!
I thought Anna's parents were encouraging her to stay with Josh and yhe siblings who are trying to get her to leave are estranged from the family.

I hope there is indeed an intervention in the works!

TLC has all the power to send the Duggars out to pasture, or put them back on in primetime. While all reality TV shows have varying elements of selling a fantasy or construction of real-life, to continue to glorify a family that has covered up molestation and forced the victims to pretend all was normal on national TV is a completely different low.

It glosses over the pain and horrors of sexual abuse, telling victims that they, too, can and should grin and bear it like the Duggar girls.

Not only that, TLC continuing to broadcast the Duggars is a tacit endorsement of their trumpeting of so-called family values and judging others, LGBT people included, while covering up abuse, adultery, and 🤬🤬🤬🤬 addiction.

http://www.thedailybeast.com/articl...tlc-serving-up-more-of-the-toxic-duggars.html

Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald have come under fire for encouraging fans to donate gift cards and money to the parents-to-be.

In a post on the family’s blog — which has seemingly since been edited — the pregnant 22-year-old and her husband, 20, gave pretty specific instructions on how to send “donations” to the former 19 Kids and Counting stars, if they so desired.
...
This comes shortly after Jessa’s older sister Jill came under fire and was accused of using fan donations — intended to fund her mission trip — to pay for a “family vacation.”

The Duggar war cry of "Gimmee moneeeey!" is becoming tiresome. Hopefully more and more fans will realize that the Duggar agenda is not about "Christian living" but rather "lavish living" and will head for the exits.

TLC and the Duggars depend on revenue from both the small group of homophobic fundie Christians and the much larger group of Mainstream Christians to keep the circus rolling but times are changing. Mainstream Christians are starting to express their feelings of disgust in SM and MSM at the transparent, oh so obvious attempts to grift off of their beliefs. People don't like being used. If TLC loses that fan base they'll show the Duggars the door ASAP. It's all about the numbers.
