It wasn't unsupervised; he slammed the door and locked the caseworker out then blew up the house. :(

But it was totally predictable.
And supervision by an unarmed female wasn't going to protect these children, clearly.

Oh, wow. At least he did not have unsupervised visitation. At least they were that smart.

I am shaking. I am so appalled and horrified. Coward. May he rot in hell.

THIS is why murder suspects should not have custody of their kids. ARE YOU LISTENING JUDGES? Michelle Parker's kids could be next. Are you listening system? I am so upset right now. We ALL predicted this and NO ONE LISTENED!

I'm sorry. I am very upset.

You aren't the first one who has expressed concern for Michelle's kids today!!!

And I totally agree with you, Gitana!!!

The visitations were supposed to be supervised but apparently when case worker delivered the children to his home he closed the door and didn't let her in.

So, she was supposed to go in too, and he just grabbed them and closed the door? I feel like vomiting.

That's what it looks like-he let the children into the house but not the case worker. Then she called her supervisor because apparently the rules require case workers to call supervisors instead of 911.

I hate to even ask this as it does not really matter I guess...but was this SP's home or had JP moved out? I cannot even type his name..........he is so evil.Spit.

Oh, there is a Hell, alright.

Mark 9:43-44

43And if thy hand offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter into life maimed, than having two hands to go into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched:

44Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched.

:furious: Josh was transported from one inferno to another. Only this one is eternal.

If I understand correctly, he yanked the kids inside and shut the door. The social worker smelled gasoline and called her supervisor (my guess is because Josh locked her out). While on the phone with the supervisor, the house blew up.

I'm not sure, but JP's BIL stated it was "Josh's rental house" in his interview earlier today.

After reading Tricia's post on facebook....and it would NOT sink in...I thought...nooooo noooo nooo..I came here to read. To say I am shocked would be an understatement. I thought that given the kids were now with Susan's folks they were safe. I have been crying for the last hour. I can't believe he did that. WHY......WHY did he have to take those babies???

Ive seen three people die. Two were wonderful and good hearted. Their passing over was close to beautiful.. like in the movies almost. Smiles, visions of their loved ones who had gone before them. One even reached his hand out and said "Grandma"...

The other was evil and had done unspeakable things to children, although never charged, I knew him for what he really was. In his final moments, his face contorted into a horrible grimace, so horrible there are no words to describe it. The best vision I can compare is the mask used in the horror film "Scream".. whatever he saw in his last moments were terrifying... and Ive never doubted since that moment that there is a very real place called Hell.

Im sure Josh is right there with him...

It would not have mattered if she had called 911 the house would have blown up regardless
. The case worker is not at fault in any way shape or form.

It's hard to describe the feelings you are left with. Extreme anger, anguish, disbelief, and hatred. Such an unfathomable horror. There simply are no words.

BBM: no the single Case Worker is not at fault - the entire Department is!!!
