Jr's custody issue arising from Ron's arrest

I would love it if Crystal would send a newly taken photo of herself and Jr. to NG to post on her "Family Photos" segment as kind of a FY without saying it.

I want Crystal PAID the way Teresa has been all these months. jmo

I'm with PattyG, I like to see some back up to Art as well. I would think that the media could get docs for that hearing as they are public, aren't they?

No, I don't think family court docs are publicly available if it involves a minor.

Has CS or family released any statements regarding the arrests of RC and MC and her custody of Jr?

Anyone know where I can find a link to a transcript of the Levi show?

I'm not positive about this, but I don't think the radio shows have transcripts.

Sure would love to know how Art got that information!

I would be terribly interested to know who/what his sources are, as well.

Hmm.. mebbe better find a sitter and put on my suit and head up to the courthouse. Need to ck on Mr. Staubs' trial anyway. [lol.... NO.]

ha-ha, I could always print out press credentials for The Examiner. yuk-yuk-yuk.

My opinion

I hope the state of Florida treats this has a 90 day trial home placement as they do here in tn when foster kids go home. unannounced vists durning the 90 day trial, everybody given a drug test under 18

that means everybody in the home is checked out. for Jr sakes I hope that is done
If things need to be changed they are given a plan to work on

I am just thinking about jr, he has been through a enough and deserves the best home life

to add
I hope jr has a casa worker and a guardian litem

Yes, just like I am sure they checked out Misty, when she lived with Ron. NOT

Let's put it this was way...Butterbean is WAY better off where he is at. He is with the woman who gave him life and she is a warm, loving person.

All this concern for jr now, when some didn't have any concerns when he was living with an unstable, violent, drug-addicted parent who was married to a minor....Geesh..simply boggles the mind.

Seems like it would have been a much better idea to have been doing this during his former "placement" situation. He could have been taken out of that dangerous mess months ago when he should have been. He was with his mother for most of the summer and came out of that time just fine, not LOST, not ill, not injured, and according to even TN doing well and perfectly happy and healthy as she has repeatedly said in interviews.

ITA.. And IIRC the night he was officially returned to Ron after the six weeks stay with his mother, Ron pawned him off on either TN or GGMS that night so he and Misty could deliver a present to the Croslins..I don't recall them actually visiting, just a drive-by, leaving the present in their mailbox..JMO

Why do you suggest supervised visits RJA00? Do you think that Jr. is in some kind of danger from his grandmothers or that they might refuse to return him as agreed?

It would be nice to believe GMS (and TN) would, if not for CS's then for Jr's sake, be compliant, cooperative, mature and even tempered concerning visitation now that the tables have turned. I'm not holding my breath...

:parrot:

two wrongs dont make it right

they need to do everything right this time for jr

I think if they'd done things RIGHT the first time, Haleigh wouldn't be missing. But, since RC, the ex custodial parent, is now locked up for drug trafficking, we'd better REALLY scrutinize Crystal - you never know if she's been beating up on people and shoving headless rats in mail boxes - maybe she even shoved a gun in her mouth and threatened suicide.

My opinion only

Perhaps she didn't do all that but didn't she use drugs while pregnant with her youngest child- didn't she give birth to a drug addicted baby? Or is that just lousy reporting? We all make mistakes and use poor judgment at times- I know my own mistakes have been huge, my judgment lousy so I'm not judging her.. but this ischildrens lives- this will effect them forever! IMO, the courts would be wise to keep their eyes open. I'm an addict and I get that it's not easy to just stop and for the sake of these innocent children who have already been through waaaay too much someone has to be responsible enough make sure they don't have to go through this again... hopefully helping to break the cycle.

Also, I take issue with this mothers non-payment of child support. It's not like she just got a little behind. If she were a man everyone would be bashing her, calling her a dead beat dad. If she were a man and had no job and didn't pay- she'd be in jail (In the state I live in anyway. If you don't pay child support you first get your license suspended then you go to jail.) It's a double standard and it's wrong. She gets so far behind on child support but then has another child- that is not the sign of a responsible parent, I'm sorry.

I do think she has grown up quite a bit since all this happened and I hope she's gonna do the right things but she does have a history and I think it's a good idea she have people keeping tabs on her at least for a little while. I'm rooting for her and hope for the best!

Eventually they'll be evenly matched in that respect... Ron will not have an easy time paying child support from now on if he's convicted. Is she entitled to some sort of assistance?

This has gone on long enough: If Chloe had been born addicted, the hospital being aware of it, Crystal would have been prosecuted. She has no charges against her for this, save that of her attorney, whose goal was to discredit her former client in any way possible.

If there is a charge against Crystal for Chloe being born addicted, or even with narcotics in her system, show me the court charge against her for child abuse.
