Judge orders man to pay brother's traffic fines

I can't believe this poor man is going through this. I would get a lawyer to sue for all my money back, plus punitive.

He needs a lawyer, that much is obvious. This is absolutely ridiculous, and certainly the judge's decision will be reversed, and any monies Edward has sent in will be reimbursed. Good ol' USA, huh?

Everything and anything. I live here. You can not even imagine the dysfunction goes on in traffic court here. Well, basically every court here. These folks are so slow and incompetent when it comes to people without matching twin names this really threw them.
