I have the seal on wild about trial on roku but no court room yet. I don't expect it to last long. I wonder if it will be discussed if he's on medications etc.

Morning all

#OscarTrial two ANCWL members make up the prosecution’s side of the gallery. No sign of Reeva’s mother or other supporters. BB

Thank you Zwiebel! They look lovely. Did you make them yourself? I must get the recipe and have hubby whip up some for me. LOL

They wouldn't look at all lovely if I did make them myself...

#OscarTrial. Even with overflow court Oscar watchers now joining the throng in the main courtroom, court is rather empty today. - ^ID

Bet Nel said inpatient. And Judge is saying no no.

fine detail like. how many phonecalls per day, how many times he can he have coffee, where he has to sit... all the info the panel is entitled to and require.. I have no idea if this panel so formulated is able to actually require people to attend and answer questions the panel may need to ask to reach a consensus.. no idea..

Man! Let's go! Why the delays? They have all had enough time to prepare.

Up at 3:40 am to see the outcome of this.

I'm pretty sure I'm in need of a psych eval myself.

He should be inpatient but I read the tweet he wouldn't. I can't take the suspense, someone ring MiLady's phone.

I'm sure Aimee packed plenty of clean underwear for him, and perhaps a phone or two.

The witnesses said they heard a woman screaming. No one ever identified Reeva. In fact, didn't one ear witness say she heard the screams coming from the street?

The chances of the woman's screams, at that time of night on that very day, being someone rather than Reeva run into the millions to one category............it's that unreasonably improbable as to be totally impossible:)
The beauty of circumstantial cases is, like a puzzle, all the pieces require one another to create a picture. A judge is allowed to make inferences when it comes to circumstantial evidence. It will very likely be inferred, in my opinion, that Reeva was screaming unless the defence puts forth evidence to refute it that outweighs the State.

As has been pointed out many times, it isn't enough for the defence to simply raise the question of whether it was Reeva - they have to convince the court it wasn't.

I wouldn't do that. Peli! She has an aversion to ringing phones!
